they only meant that a team of 5 full solo ques won’t face a team of 5 man premade

you as a solo que can still face 4 man premades, or face a 5 man premade if a duo que or triple que is in your party.

btw if you see this anet promote me to ruby. I won a game yesterday but didn’t get a pip + it did not show up in my game history… Now I will loose and get back to 0 pips, while I would be Ruby when all had worked as supposed QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ Anet plsssss

It’s just that 5 premades vs 1+1+1+2 is not fair on paper. And I thought they stated this would not be possible anymore.
The game was good, indeed. But that is just cause that premades probably were drunk and not on Teamspeak.

I still dont get it why they don’t just separate queues like every other game does. I prefer waiting some minutes longer over going with 4 randoms vs a group of 4 and one random.
It’s not even fun the other way around.

As I said in another, similar thread, this is considered an acceptable match up. The only match permutation that is not allowed is 5 v 1,1,1,1,1 which is not what the screenshot shows. That is 5 v 2,1,1,1. Not much better, but falls within their “acceptable” match ups.

i didnt face a premade team but im once on a premade 4-men team….they r bad.

I also did beat 4p premades with all solo or 5 with a duo. But i also got stomped by a 4p premade on com… As in solo Q you can´t be shure that a premade is top. It can be a guild group that just met in GW2 without com ….

Not sure if he failed to comprehend the according dev posts or if the fingers were faster than the mind. Seems to be more and more common on the forum nowadays, so at least he is not alone.

Yeah a lot of people misconstrue what was said in the post regarding this.

Sorry, but with only 220k dmg on Dh, I’m guessing their win was deserved.

Yeah, three people are a premade and his damage isn’t the problem. His damage will quite likely be low, when his team fights against a premade group. But you know that already, you just wanted to say something, right?

I still don’t know why anyone after years of experience in the gaming industry thinks it’s a good thing to mix premades with solo players. That never worked in any game.

They have to consider more than just that though. They need consider the mode’s population, the sub-group populations within the whole, the affects these kind of changes make on queue time, etc etc. Its not like they can just flip a switch and everyone will be happy. It just doesn’t work like that. No matter what route they take, someone is going to be unhappy.
