Blingg! Stop shouting!
No,the game needs these things,it make the game feel more alive. All they need to do is adjust the distance from where the sound can be heard, and maybe delay it a bit longer, instead of looping it so fast.
Actually Blingg makes the game feel less alive to me. He shouts so loud and so often (often interrupting himself), that it’s obvious that it’s just an NPC. Vastly different to the other NPCs with their own dialogues.
Now, when I’m in the area of Fort Mariner, I simply turn off my speakers entirely. He’s too much of an annoying kitty. I mean, kitten.
Also, I am tired of hearing about the bartender’s pregnant wife 20 times a day at the Hunting Lodge in Queensdale. Give me the option to turn NPC dialog bubbles off for NPCs who only provide color.
