Some guardians use there walls to bunch/stack up the dungeons vendors at Lion Arch.
I thought when the server resets it would put the npc back in to the intended places but it hasn’t unless the server did not reset which I think is everyday? But its been a couple of days since then.

What this does is make it hard to view and buy gear from vendor.

You should probably (if you haven’t) post this in the Bugs forum as well. I don’t believe it was intended for people to be able to move NPCs in this manner.

I noticed the stacked dungeon npcs there the other day! The Bank ones are closer to the mystic forge as well.
