There are 3 types of situations in which a character get to Orr territories

1) a player gets there without doing any personal story missions

2) a player gets there with the personal story missions and hasn’t beat Zaithan yet

3) a player gets there with the personal story missions and has beaten Zaithan

The Orr looks ok for the first two but for the 3rd one the Orr has no change even the
Dragon has been killed.

How can we change that because Orr is not an instance?

Here is my solution

The developers create a beautiful Orr, ruined but beautiful and interchange it with the current Orr with a random timer 15 min, 25 min, 40 min, 5 min etc

This new situation fits good for all 3 situations

1) the player who got in Off with no purpose to kill the dragon but through exploration, will feel the presence of the Dragon though the changing world

2) the palyer who is there through the story missions and has yet to beat the Dragon feels “the dragon power is weakening”

3) the player who has beaten the Dragon feels the Orr is going to be purified
We have had missions using illusions as foes – killing the mouth of the dragon – so this change would fit the world lore too

The zombies will transform into their original form: humans, charrs, cow, chickens, skales etc when the world transforms from ugly to beautiful. The events will continue as they are. The Temple bosses will be the only ones who will remain the same because their magic is more powerful then the others

I think this would make Orr a more enjoyable territory to explore for all types of players

I love the idea! except for the zombies who self-create, I think.

but I’d like that to see the change.

Huhu, add a new event equal or similar to the story where you have to capture Orr’s Spring. The difficulty of this event depends on the players as well as the current state of Orr.

Enemies that spawn depending on the other world events:
Always:
Risen Brute, Risen Defender,
Temple of Balthazar:
Risen Berserker, Risen Wizard,
Cathedral of Eternal Radiance:
Risen Creature, Risen Mesmer
Cathedral of Zephyrs:
Risen Corruptor, Risen Chicken,
Temple of Melandru:
Risen Spiders, Risen Eagle,
Temple of Grenth:
Risen Acolytes, Risen Wraith
Doors of Arah:
Eye of Zhaitan, Risen Abomination, Giant (Risen);

After this event was successful the place has to be protected for 15 minutes. (if possible orr may turn normal during the protection process or else…)
If the event is successful as well Orr will turn more or less normal. The spring will be attacked by zhaitans minions all 45 minutes or so and again the amount of minions depends on how many temples have been lost to zhaitan and how many players are there.

“Zhaitan has no power over orr itself. If we clean the spring from the pollution orr may turn to it’s previous glory. We need to defeat Zhaitan to purify the ruins of Arah.”

In lore, even after Zhaitan dies the Risen still exist. He merely creates them, but they can live on their own. Orr should really just brighten up a little to a player that complete the cleansing of orr story quest, but the corruption still lingers. Risen still need to be killed off and small bits of corruption are still present.
