At the current, we have these four activities to complete our dailies:

- Kill 60 Hostiles
- Kill 15 Varying Hostiles
- Gather 20 Stuff
- Complete 5 Events

I don’t mind these, but I do want some variety in them. Maybe have new stuff to do every other day so it won’t feel monotonous. Here are my ideas:

- Complete 2 Jumping Puzzles
- Complete 1 Meta-Event
- Complete 1 Dungeon
- Kill 20 Hostiles of the same type
- Kill 15 Hostiles by Underwater combat
- Salvage 20 Materials

I think that a variation of daily reqs is great, I can knock out daily’s with out much thought or going out of my way to do so.

I love Jumping puzzles I have completed all but Obsidian Sanctum, with that said there are a lot of people that hate them, so with your example you are subjected them to do something they hate for a daily?

I agree more variety just not sure how to do that with out making a player do something they don’t want to do. When right now most people ( at least the ones I know) complete it with out even knowing they are doing it.

The daily is ment to be something you do automatically while questing. Not something you need to go out of your way to accomplish.

Also, you can only “complete” a jumping puzzle once in all reality. After you get the achievement it doesn’t continue counting, thus if you completed them all, you can no longer do those dailies, didn’t think of that did you?

Also, jumping puzzles are for the explorers, of which not everyone is, however everyone has to go kill things, do events, and anyone that doesn’t gather is missing out on a money maker and extra experience…so people do that already no matter what they like to do.

Why don’t we get them to remove WvW from the bloody PvE monthly before trying to alter it any farther hm?

Maybe have the Daily Variety activate once you reach level 80? I can understand that while leveling, the initial Daily Achievement will complete while doing your hearts. But as soon as you reach 80, the Daily Achievement becomes a routine.

You want variety? A Meta-Event is in itself an event. Underwater Combat is still part of your kill count [and kill variety]. Choose to impose your own variety, don’t force it upon others; especially with dungeons.

Keep the awfull dugeons out of the daily.. it is bad enough being forced to do those for monthly. Keep in mind, some players prefer open world content in this game and find the instanced content akin to being waterboarded. The dailys are fine at present as you can choose to do your kills wherever you choose. Be it in WvW area’s, Dungeons, or Open world PVE. If you cannot be creative enough on how you do them, thats your issue.
