I have a suggestion to make a small change to the bountytarget selection system.
If on start of a bounty or a bounty training the map where a possible target is is in overflow. Then make them temporary unavailable as a possible target. This in order to have the teams on the guild to be all on the same map.

We where unlucky to draw Ander Wildman as a Guild Bounty training target yesterday and it was impossible to coordinate everyone to the same overflowmap of southsun cove and find the target in even 15 minutes (and we are capable of doing the regular tier 1 bounty most of the time, if we fail that we switch to training cause we can use the influence more as a guild at the moment.

Yes, but southsun at the time had 4 different overflows (or more), with everyone spread out between them. Making all three groups apear in the same overflow, with people required to leave party, form new party, explaining why it is important etc took us 6 important minutes.

For the guildrush and the guildchallenge it isnt a big deal cause the timer can be started after you did this extra organising, but for the guildbounty I think it should be prevented from happening.
