For Example:
When I play with a ranger, using a warhorn and I’m used to movement speed buff being “5”, and then I switch characters to an alt that has a movement speed buff on maybe “4” or one of the “7-9” utility skills.
I know currently you can change the hotkeys of these, however looking towards the skillbar, if these arn’t in the correct order, I’ll confuse myself even more if I have the “3” key hit the “4” skill.
I’m suggesting a drag-n-drop system for skills and weapon skills-in reference to the order they are in your skillbar. Simply for ease of use.
