Hello.
Maybe this already on the forum but I’ll try to reproduce it in a new way .

I do not want to say “now that you have to change the system to make it easier for me.” But it will be convenient for many players. Because watching where it all goes, I’m tired.
Just want the player to manage time… because now the game imposes on you (if you love to do achievements) when you have to go into it. so the player can stop the achievements now, to continue to do them a little later, while spending a little more time.

the new system should be:

  1. Simple.
  2. Frendly for new players and useful for old players. This system can give players hope to recover lost points.
  3. It is fair for old players.
  4. Can free your time for more important things.

Bad news:
top1 leaderboards guys can keep breathing. I don’t know what to do with living story AP. Lost for lots of people forever. Like a gw1 AP =D
but maybe Devs can create separate opening event with repeated advances for those who missed the living history.

for example:
- AP 10 for each day , 100 days . in the amount of 1000
- I did daily AP every day, but missed 36AP.
- the next day my daily is normal with 10AP + bonus 6AP (or maybe 10 would be better) that I missed
- bonus achievements can be blocked until you perform basic daily achievements
- to get all the missing achievement I need to do everything within 6 days I’ve got
- if I missed something again this numbers of AP would be added to bonus daily AP.

Like if I done daily AP at the next 100 days (while keeping the bonus 36 AP) and again missed something with my normally daily AP it would be ( (36 – “what you did from bonus AP”) + “what you missed again” ) for clarity.
Forgot to add, pve and pvp “daily” of course should be separated and have their own daily bonus point.

Results:

  1. People will not be able to replenish their daily achievements in 1 day. It will be the same every day work.
  2. Not strongly affect the old system
  3. Encourages outrage from players who overestimate their work on achievements in the past.

What you’re think about it?

Coz I think it is directly related to future CDI topic about “Player’s progression” from devs. And I’ll try to ask them about it.

I think your idea is not bad but a bit too complicated (or maybe I’m just a bit lost in your explanations).
FYI, there is already a thread proposing a rework of the daily system which I think is better, at least in the short term. Basically, the idea is to have all the daily options to award 0 AP, but to have them count towards a daily meta-achievement which gives APs and the daily chest.

thats destroying the whole living story idea, the “i was there when that happened” feeling.

I’m not arguing!

Easier than it seems, but maybe I did not know how to properly explain in english.
This system like a new spvp daily AP when you need to do 2 teamQ win for open Bonus 1 teamQ win daily with 1 point. It means that we already have this system in the game!
and also this mean if we have ~ 7500 daily points atm, we can recover all of them.

Want to look at achievement points separated from the actual achievements. Because all asked to return the remote content. But if there is no chance to revert to the old achievement, at least you can return the lost points.
Such as a person who has made achievements in the past and received wintersday ~ 150 points will not be obliged to do repetitive reaching with Christmas games. But the man who did not achieve last year will do repetitive Christmas games and get points for it is equivalent to the number that he should have received in the past year.

Just want to see this system fair for All. Not only for old players… and I think it’s a good decision not to change everything drastically.
I suggest playing as you like without fear of losing opportunities.
