While playing the Super Adventure Box again, I entered a corner in the woods that had a completely different ambiance – it was darker and it seemed to completely block any sounds.

Orr could borrow this effect to malke the place scarier. Other tricks from horror movies and psychological thrillers could be used as well.

Make Orr less of a place where too many mobs are scattered evenly all over it, and more of a spookier wasteland that cuts you off from any help and where you can underestimate the danger until you are hopelessly trapped.

They should turn Orr into a Silent Hill type area with an Otherworld you randomly get pulled into where the risen become more grotesque and numerous.

I would love that.

Well the risen used to be stronger and more numerous in Orr. It fit the area well.

I think certain areas should have their own BGM. That would strengthen the mood of certain places like Orr and frostgorge sound.
