I posted on the suggestion forums changes I would like to see with the moderation system. I was very polite, didn’t point out any specific case, just detailed suggestions on why things are not working out for us, the community, and how it could be improved. It was deleted.

Great fights tonight on YaksBL.

We almost had your garrison, but the update screwed us over. By the time we came back the Benders had made it back and were defending in force….TC came in to harass also.

Lots of fun was had after 9pm also, as we pushed on TC a bit in YaksBL. Took a tower and then tried to ninja the keep as the Benders had trebbed down the wall for us from Garrison.

Wonderful threesome inside the keep. We finally got sandwiched by TC.

We did have a visitor with us tonight.

He tagged along with us for a bit, and strangely enough wherever we went BLNT showed up to the same spot eventually….WHAT A STRANGE COINCIDENCE!!

Sooo we had to hide, have our commander turn off his title and then we all waypointed. That seemed to confuse him a bit lol….

Hold up. Did you just… brag about last night? You took a tower while we were losing keep to YB, after spending 2 and a half hours trying to take it, and wiping on the bridge over and over again. Yak’s came to the ruins, helped with the tower, and you WIPED THEM, saving us from being trebbed.

Then when we were stuck in Bay, yak’s almost had us again, and here comes GODS to the rescue, wiping yak’s to save us from their trebs, and then I, personally, killed the three trebs you guys had up there. I have witnesses

As far as spies go, yes there was a guy in BLNT that can’t transfer to TC yet, and after GODS harassed him, he decided to spy a little, not that it’s hard, we literally joked about how you guys magically left, probably off to Rata Sum for a rally, and then you’d come back from spawn, and sure enough, that’s exactly what happened (except for the Rata Sum part, you guys probably just waited at the waypoint).

But as far as YOUR spies go, we had GODS tags running around with us all night, and guess how much we complained? Priide is a good guy, I wish he’d stay, but he wants to go back to FA, so in the mean time, he and a few others will spy. It happens. I do miss fighting along side him, though I can’t wait til he’s back so we can fight each other.

TC didn’t lose the keep after three back-to-back assaults, and you think bragging is the right answer. I’m so very confused. You take that tower GODS! You take it and hold it for the 20 minutes that you did. GJ guys!

Yeah its been pretty amusing to watch from the other side… GODS zerg enters, gets a tower or two, promptly loses them then boasts about the success. Perhaps if time permits, they’ll let PRO or ULTD do the heavy lifting taking a keep and ninja claim it.

But i will say the rivalry has brought a new element of excitement probably to both sides. I always snicker at how determined both of our guilds are to get at each other – both sides seem willing to chase the other across the entire map to get a kill, its hilarious!

You guys need to stop being angry. It’s a video game, lol. All you guys ever post about is how mad you are at GODS. It just makes it funnier for us when we see you on the field and wipe you.

No one’s angry here afaik, we’ve been having a blast preventing you all from getting a foothold anywhere all week

I look forward to next weeks matchup. If FA is as serious about fighting for 1st as they say TC should be in for a fight.

I’m sure many of the CD players consider TC the actual challenge and if we both go after them … it’s on like donkey kong. But TC may not like that because they need another convincing win to move to T2.

Agreed. Anet is overzealous and random in their moderation efforts.

More likely, you hit a sore spot with a particular moderator. The mod uses that tactic, so you get modded for making them mad.

They don’t seem to use a consistent set of rules, with some fairly personal attacks/offensive language allowed, and the simple mention of a sore spot (ascended gear anyone) gets moderated to oblivion.

I’m convinced there’s some sort of lottery system handing out infractions. lol

If it were a Greek play, I am not sure if it would count as farce of tragedy. Complaint email is useless too, the same people get to tell you they still think they are right.

To members of BLNT: We wiped you at tower when you had siege. We owned you. End of story. I died twice in about 3 hours of playing and I killed over 30 BLNT. We’ll video take a montage of us wiping you with smaller squads than you have and post it here if we wind up facing you again next week. That’s a promise.

Anyone that says they are farming BLNT though, we don’t have enough members to be farmed. It doesn’t make sense.

Also, if anyone needs any strat on killing GODS, take out the Ranger Commander, and the entire mob will fall apart.

The militias and the commanders is what TC is well known for. I do think the more organized guilds are there supporting in the background this time around. Hope that’ll make a difference when we face a T2 server.

So you got 30 kills. Let’s say that’s each of us twice, if any of this is true.

You ‘wiped us twice’, if these stats were true, and more than likely we died, and we ran 1 by 1 back, because, as we keep saying, we’re not a mob.

30 kills vs 300 kills. The GODS mob was wiped three times at the bridge between greenbriar and the ruins, twice at DB, and more than that while fighting near the tower and camp, but I was eating food.

I also picked up these bottles of soda, 8oz glass bottles, where you return the bottles to get $10 back. It’s really neato. Futurama was on too, and after wiping out the trebs you guys set up north of DB, inside of the outer walls, I took a break. Ask anyone that was there, I was basically a war hero.

And you know why I love TC? /say chat was filled with, “Holy cow man! How did you do that?!” and “Good job Tigger, you really came through for us.” or “I can’t believe you turned that fight around by yourself!”

The pubs, the people you talk so much crap about, are the greatest community ever. More than 5 dozen people whispered me when I first showed up in TC, because they are a good community and they noticed I was new, and they ALL said hi, welcome to TC, we’re pretty awesome, try to ignore the RPers, and hail the Golem God.

I’m honestly pretty sick of all this trash talking, but if you look at the end results, GODS zerg took a single tower, and saved us several times from Yak’s bend.

Regardless of kills, and who pwned who, before GODS logged on, you had a keep, a tower, and a camp in YBBL, and we had a keep, tower, and two camps.

After GODS was done, you guys held our tower for 30 minutes, and we took it back, so the end result was we had a keep, a tower, and two camps. FA had a tower and a camp, because you guys wiped Yak’s so many times for us, that they came and took your fully upgraded keep from you.

End of fight:
TC gained and lost nothing
FA lost 25 income

Keep talking trash. See you at the finish line.

We never wiped on the bridge between greenbriar and middle island. In fact, we split our squads so that less than half of our guys were on the bridge. And as for our losing 25 income: GODS had taken EVERYTHING in that boarderland anyway, so nothing was lost, only gained for a period of time. Accept it, we did good. You have a lot of guys that do good too, it’s just sad to see old members of GODS that use to be really independently good players running with a mob of 50+ TC.

One might suggest that in the new match thread for CD/FA/TC tomorrow, all this animosity be forgotten, at least in so far as these threads go.

It’s really not that hard to be the one to avoid instigating drama by keeping needling language out of your post, nor is it difficult to say think ‘hmm, I don’t agree with that, but I’m secure enough in myself, my guild and my server to utterly ignore it’.

I had a lot of fun on my little asura ele tonight. First, in FABL we fought back and forth outside our spawn up to the keep north of there, green-something. it’s late and my mind is tired.

I jumped over to EB to see how things were going there. Got in some decent battles once again. Fun times all around.

I handed out my share a badges tonight, as usual

sadly, I won’t be on for the finish of this one or the start of next weeks matchup. I’m having my gallbladder taken out and will not be up to playing for a few days.
