Any in game pm kkc.7316 … I heard the opposite last night. In fact I have heard on multiple accounts now that its not confirmed by multiple members of WM when speaking in passing with other friends/prior WM guildies who may have or may not have been guesting on kain with friends.

I heard Meow may move but WM is whom I reference.

Oh and Meow, before I remember … the nsp guys who never gave thanks. Thanks for contributions … and fun in WvW (in the event you chose to leave)

Some exciting information to share with those that are interested joining a newly reformed dedicated WvW server

To give true credit where it is due, that accolade belongs strictly the DB loyalists who stuck with their server after a big exodus, and have slowly worked their way back up. They got themselves back to T2 all on their own, overcoming a number of obstacles on the way:

1) Free transfers were still in effect for some of that time, yet they managed to not completely fall apart.

2) Every server and its mother trying to recruit their strong Oceanic/SEA guilds (yours truly included).

I’m sure there are others I’m not aware of, but /salute to DB for persevering through it all and ‘reforming’ their own server. A really inspiring demonstration of what can be accomplished when people reject the path of least resistance.

I can only confirm that RE and Rise said that they are staying, as of yesterday. WM and CO almost surely moving within 2 weeks. No idea about Meow and KOR, but given how close they are with WM it would make sense for them to move with WM.

Local guilds like CNB and KO will almost certainly be staying.

But yeah, it was pretty great when both KN and FA were running around. KN is virtually a non-issue the last two weeks of W3.

For the record: I’ve only ever known of these alleged guild moves as rumors. I don’t really care one way or the other, just that I’m disappointed that KN fell completely out of the T2 competition for the last two weeks (though last weekend it started to look like they were coming back with a lead on FA, but that quickly fell off, and I never saw a significant KN presence whenever I was on.)

Apparently they are using some sort of multi-server mesmer portal, because according to really, really , really reliable forum reports they are also on Blackgate, SoR, an unidentified EU server, getting ready to fight the North Koreans, and leaving the game entirely all at the same time.

They’re transferring to my house. We’re gonna get pizza, maybe watch the NBA playoffs. Definitely throwing in some Mario Kart. I’ll lose, haven’t quite mastered DK’s Jungle after all this time.

OK…..just to help with any unfounded rumors:

WM was rumored to be going to a Euro server (not sure which) and is still in KN as of last night, Most likely leaving before reset….destination unknown though

[CO] has not made a 100% decision to leave and we have not decided on a destination yet. We are not considering leaving just because the server is losing WM or because we are afraid to drop tiers and we do not want to bandwagon to a server that is likely to blow up. Our commanders are burnt out and the server simply lacks interest in WvW overall which makes it hard to get organized. There is also a lack of guild cohesion in Kaineng which is necessary for any successful WvW server, It wasn’t until a few weeks ago that the server even had a public TS to use.

IF [CO] leaves Kaineng it is because our guild leaders are doing what is best for our guild and the majority of our members. Kaineng was here before [CO] and will be here whether we leave or stay and will hopefully thrive in whatever WvW tier the server ends up in.

[CO] also is not a mercenary guild and we are not going to the highest bidder, As a matter of fact there is a good chance we will get zero gold to help with our transfer costs. We don’t want to go to a server simply because they pay us to be there….Not to say that whoever we choose won’t help us out with transfer costs just that it isn’t part of our decision making process.

I have heard a lot of rumors about RISE, RE and MEOW but none are confirmed at this time. Ethersin (who has posted multiple times on this thread) has stated that RE is staying and Jarvan (leader of RISE) has also said the same thing.

Hopefully this helps keep people informed.

PS – Good luck to TC and FA next week…I keep hearing how tough DB is, Now we get to see them tested. Good fighting you guys!!!

April, week 1:
With the release of Wxp, there was a clear change in WvW for KN. Wxp increased WvW numbers on all servers, but KN did not receive the same numbers as TC and FA did. On top of that TC had guilds transfer in.

I don’t know about every timezone, but in NA time zone you could really feel it. For the first week we doubled down our efforts and hung on. Still, we could only bring competitive numbers to EB and maybe one other map.

April, week 2:
About the second week WM just seemed to disappear. Someone said they cut their hours. I don’t know…

April, week 3:
About the third week, we could only cover EB and leave the other maps to flounder.

Now, I was on sunday, and trying to hold out in EB when we lost one more tower to a TC mega-zerg. I finally look at the score for the first time and see we hold 55 points. My thought? “Well this is pointless.”

T2 used to be a close matchup, but because of transfers, it’s suddenly imbalanced.

I’m disgusted with the whole thing, and people just want to be nice and say nice things about WM and CO, but really it’s a rotten thing they have done if they leave now. First they transferred to KN causing imbalance, and now transfer out causing more imbalance. Being suddenly outnumbered is no fun for any server, and I don’t wish it on any server, and when you allow these mass transfers it ruins the fun by causing a sudden imbalance on the server you left and the server you went to. Servers should go up in tier based on their skill improving, not based on transfers.

My care for WvW is down to zero this week. I can’t wait to drop to T3 where hopefully there’s some kind of even playing field numbers-wise, and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Well I just want people to know that the sky aren’t falling yet. There are some guilds that are staying. But yes I should stop posting about this issue.

For those that don’t know, I got banned for 3 days for trash talking 2 well known trolls on Lion’s Arch. Yes I did use some very strong language, so yes that ban is deserved. But that’s ok, those two trolls deserves it. They did a ton of harm to the Kaineng community and someone got to speak up.

In fact, it won’t surprise me one bit if a certain server is paying those two trolls. Think about it. They played a bit and then joined a well known WvW guild. After that they never show up in WvW anymore. And then they start trash talking other WvW guilds. And then they tried to get all the pugs and small guilds to hate these WvW guilds. They are against any immigrated guilds. They are against both big guilds (your commanders suck) and small guilds (you don’t have any members so keep quiet). All the while they falsely claim to want the best for Kaineng and did “so much” to help Kaineng. Why would anyone do that without money?

Calling these two trolls “Enemies of the State” would be an understatement. A server should be allowed to vote ban these traitors, and exile them to a different server.

Yeah, I chased him around EB lowlands two weeks ago on my thief, hoping to get close enough for a C&D/Mug/BS and maybe kill him by surprise.

But impossible when he map hacks from LLK to the Golanta ridge in 3s, or teleports up to the top of walls.

After an hour or so of keeping LLK contested that way, he got bored, retired to SMC, and gave us a /salute before disappearing for the night, lol.

Don’t worry about it! Hackers are hackers, even if its a guild of hackers in my mind it doesn’t hurt the rep of an entire server cause i’d bet all servers hate hackers, whether on their server or against them. People in the fake troll guilds are just trolls, I just say report them (hackers), then ignore them, they’ll get bored soon enough and quit.

I would say that, in general, just cause someone is inside your keep that you own…doesn’t 100% mean they are hacking, could just be very skilled at hiding, espec thieves or mesmers. If he is using exploits…long as ANET hasn’t called it off limits there’s sadly little that can be done except when you report they’ll say they’ll foward it to their bug department or something silly like that. I would say that…PiNK doesn’t condone the use of hacking or real exploits at all, we prefer to win the real way so…in the future if you see a guy with the PiNK tag in TC who’s hacking or something…take a screenie, send it to one of us PiNK that post on the forum, we’ll foward it on, kitten will be kicked if its a [pink] tag, sorry…but not us, there’s a few imposter guilds out there

No, Lowlands keep, to my knowledge, hasn’t been attacked/sieged in the last week and probably going further back than that. I took a screenshot of him inside the keep whilst the gates/walls were still up.

To clarify, it’s not [PiNK] but actually [Pink].

And yes, he was on FA but it appears he has now moved to KN.

Well if KN is breaking up then T1 servers do need you.

If you’re looking for competition and want to balance out the servers then you should follow the advice. If you have a different agenda then obviously do what you want, but if we can get a balanced T1 the game will be fun for everyone so try to do what you can to be responsible in your transfers.

In essence both BG and SoR need help to fight us, SoR is strongest during NA and weakest during SEA. BG is the opposite, strongest during SEA and weakest during NA.

If you are a NA guild, I suggest BG.
If you are a SEA guild, I suggest SoR.

Either way, don’t come to JQ, our queues are terrible as is and there needs to be balance in the tier for longevity of the game.

JQ doesn’t have many queues, especially during NA time. You may run into one on the map FOO plays on during sea time. Other than The FOO map and reset night there are no queues at all.

He was spotted in smc last week for some time The 2nd one was reported to an FA person as well and reported by our server. So, if was just a few minutes ago...it’s not the PINK one.

I think I and our Guild may have encountered this thief a few weeks ago. I believe he may have been on TC at the time, but I could be wrong. We chased this guy all over. He’d disappear and reappear way too far away (seemingly) to be normal. We had thieves in our group and even they were like, WTH!?

Every time we thought we had chased him off, he would just reappear and attempt to gank someone and yet he did not down anyone. It was weird, and annoying, so now I am wondering about it again reading these posts. If he’s on KN now and we see him we will report him. I literally know nothing of hacking, but that particularly thief definitely seemed to be doing something not meant to be.

I’m a bit annoyed at the KN recruitment that’s going on in this thread. It’s disrespectful.

The game allows multiple guilds with same tag, so there’s nothing like imposter guilds unless they’re using same/similar guild name :P. afaik this is [pink] and he’s contesting TC’s keep on EB, so obviously nothing to do with TC’s PiNK. Anyway, just report him and move on people. Anet will definitely ban him by the BWE1 of GW3.

Actually I agree with this. Except for CO nobody publicly mentioned that they’re willing to move on or are looking for a server. If they want to, they’ll announce it; until then maybe not spread rumors and cause panic among their server? I mean, as things stand now the only thing that can happen is they’ll stay on T3 unless they dominate it and bounce back up, thus moving between T2 and T3 for weeks to come.

Thanks for that Bro. I don’t often agree with your posts, but that’s a +1. It’s sort of understandable though. We have great guilds, and a lot of servers would love to have them. Whether they actually leave, remains to be seen.

FA has strict bedtimes i know for my guild we usually part ways at 10 eastern usually. Should have been their 2-3 hours earlier when BT was running around. You two guys will have to set up a play date. I know i miss fighting you guys.
