Yes, it has been a long battle and we have been fighting the same enemy for weeks now, but I come here to appeal to your inner strength and KAINENG heart to regroup this week and lets do what we know how to do! Some of our own commanders have come on here with posts of doom and gloom and even one of our commanders in EB last night strongly “tried” encouraged a truce with TC in map chat based on being contacted by some random TC commander. I was and still am appalled by that effort on his part, gladly he was turned away by many of my follow Kain members with such an idiotic idea. TC do you really need our help???

I ask MY server to keep up the battle without all the sneaky back alley collusion that TC or any other server might trying to attempt. (BG/TC merger) DO not let our good players of Kaineng be used by either side, fight our own fight. Uplift the morale of your server, not bring it down, Do not cheapen your members efforts! And for some if the fight is to much for you….well…some of you heard what I have to say on that last night.

We have the skill, we have the players, we have the knowledge! KAINENG is NOT done, and most of us have NOT GIVEN UP!

Oh and to the tc that saw myself and my guild mates rp walking inside the outer walls of SMC last night, it was not in support of tc or a brotherhood kinda thing, it was to show we are not afraid of you or your numbers. WE will walk in your house! TVB I love you guys , was a really fun night.

All I got to say is wow. TC will do anything to win…. Destroy a server by recruiting in there private servers forum and paying them to transfer. Trying to get kain to call a truce with them to double team FA, play 16 hours straight and try to steal guilds from FA. I commend the efforts but I know I would never go that low to win…..

Eyeroll. Hyperbole much? I thought TC acted badly when SoR got SBI transfers. But no guilds have even moved to TC yet and the sky has already fallen in FA, land where they don’t care about PPT so theoretically this shouldn’t even matter to them. One guy from KN posts some random crap about a truce, despite the fact that KN has had their third of TCBL for like 3 or 4 days straight during NA prime time with no presence in FA, and OMG CONSPIRACY.

If you don’t care about winning, then stop complaining about losing. This entire thread needs to grow up and get some perspective. Also, learning to double check facts is a good skill to have in life in general.

Bottom line from the GM of a guild that has fought most of the best guilds in WvW, on either side of the NA/EU divide. You aren’t going to find any of them on TC.

A few of the terms that I see being thrown around here loosely are " classy" and “respect”, both definitions of behavior of which I have yet to see from the posts of the self appointed TC forum voices.

The funniest part of it all is that TC can’t afford to try the idiocy of the dolyak parade ever again, because PPT has overtaken their lives, the need to beat FA is in and of itself a fine reward, each call for reinforcements from an already huge server a quiet joke for the observant.

Oh, one final note…. TC posters, you can drop all the pretenses of how “nice you are”, we know you are in a win at all costs mindframe, and it’s ugly. And no, my guild isn’t interested in transferring to TC, so please have some self respect and just quit with the harassment.

However, as far as FA’s gameplay goes, I can judge and observe because I did play a lot of WvW on the side of FA. I’ve played a lot this week on the side of TC…

If you wish to talk about non-PPT..Just killing players?

Daze on our group of five, decimated many groups of five. We aren’t the best in the world, but it also proves that some of the FA guilds are all talk, specially when talking about havok squads. Remember how you boasted to be better than TC? You aren’t! and we have to say that we are having an easier time killing most FA guilds on the field than we had at killing more TC guilds out there.

How about in the zerging? FA claims to be better and not zergball at all? Guess what…The only guild we have not consistently destroyed from a pure pug group lead by a commander this week has been BT, but…a commander with 50% of his force guild-members and the other 50% pugs, destroys BT consistently over and over again across the map.

You claim FA never gives up? More like TC does not give up. They are willing to go all seven days and not sleep on the job. If I want a break and do my daily, I can go to PvE where there are so many more players on the map that I can get things done while on FA most of the maps on PvE are empty outside of the high level maps or start zones.

Remember, half my guild is on FA and all I need to do if you make a “true” or “false” claim is to go ask them to check up on it and they will not lie to me on the matter. If you make a claim about TC, I am on TC now and can figure out and see truth over lie…

Finally, TC is cheerful enough with their antics on the field in WvW, but I love those antics because truth be told…yes! I have seen a lot more friendliness and kindness so far from TC than FA. In fact unlike FA, TC actually appreciates small guilds, their actions and effort.

When will you stop? If you want a challenging 5v5 I dare you to beat my group.

Whereas your group is good at running around with 8-10 players you are viewed as a non threat and a time sink to chase around to try and kill, so we don’t being almost always other things take president.

I don’t say this as a chest thumping kind of deal. I’m just letting you know why groups from 10-30 are passing you by without so much as slowing down to wave. TC views AoN as more of a havoc team that goes around contesting POI or taking camps, attacking stragglers and such. Kind of a weak tea but whatever floats your boats sirs.

Whatever makes you feel better, I suppose. Our 5 man wipes anything less than 30 people. If you’re running more than 30 people, the simple fact that you’re sticking as a huge ball like that is a time sink on its own.

King, that is what we have been saying for two days now. The transfers that are taking place for the Oceanic times was for those times where FA and KN “needed” more people to fight. It’s all good. Everything remains the same with the exception of those fighting in the Oceanic zones, they simply get more action.

King, that is what we have been saying for two days now. The transfers that are taking place for the Oceanic times was for those times where FA and KN “needed” more people to fight. It’s all good. Everything remains the same with the exception of those fighting in the Oceanic zones, they simply get more action.

I love groups of five out there, and I would like to meet many who like running groups of five from the three Tier 2 servers. I don’t mind rolling with the zerg to work on other elements of the game, but deep down my heart lies in parties. I rather be defeated knowing that I gave my all to support the party, rather than die in a zerg battle that goes south.

I love the independence of knowing we can live outside of the zerg and help the zerg across the map, handle ourselves, assess the situation, chat it up in the VoIP and really trust each other and put faith in each other to live. I play support in mine so, once in a while i go to the dueling spot, not to win…..but to see how I can get better at surviving a battle when 1 or 2 players focus-fire me as I play a support-build.

Well then you need to talk to WM King. I have a feeling they are gearing up for reset, they probably didn’t show up at the time of your screenshot. I’m guessing anyway.

Edit: Also King.It does indeed look like FA is holding their own at the time of the screenshot. It’s neck and neck so I assume that the FA/TC battles are raging.

Looking for one week of the matchup thread that is not dominated by passive aggressive TC posters making condescending or misleading posts, or by my own FA even bothering to respond to these pompous winkittens.

Bottom line from the GM of a guild that has fought most of the best guilds in WvW, on either side of the NA/EU divide. You aren’t going to find any of them on TC.

A few of the terms that I see being thrown around here loosely are " classy" and “respect”, both definitions of behavior of which I have yet to see from the posts of the self appointed TC forum voices.

The funniest part of it all is that TC can’t afford to try the idiocy of the dolyak parade ever again, because PPT has overtaken their lives, the need to beat FA is in and of itself a fine reward, each call for reinforcements from an already huge server a quiet joke for the observant.

Oh, one final note…. TC posters, you can drop all the pretenses of how “nice you are”, we know you are in a win at all costs mindframe, and it’s ugly. And no, my guild isn’t interested in transferring to TC, so please have some self respect and just quit with the harassment.

I know that niceness and kindness are two different things. Just because one person hugs you does not mean its love. I get it, I know the deal…etc! However, as far as FA’s gameplay goes, I can judge and observe because I did play a lot of WvW on the side of FA. I’ve played a lot this week on the side of TC…

If you wish to talk about non-PPT..Just killing players?

Daze on our group of five, decimated many groups of five. We aren’t the best in the world, but it also proves that some of the FA guilds are all talk, specially when talking about havok squads. Remember how you boasted to be better than TC? You aren’t! and we have to say that we are having an easier time killing most FA guilds on the field than we had at killing more TC guilds out there.

How about in the zerging? FA claims to be better and not zergball at all? Guess what…The only guild we have not consistently destroyed from a pure pug group lead by a commander this week has been BT, but…a commander with 50% of his force guild-members and the other 50% pugs, destroys BT consistently over and over again across the map.

You claim FA never gives up? More like TC does not give up. They are willing to go all seven days and not sleep on the job. If I want a break and do my daily, I can go to PvE where there are so many more players on the map that I can get things done while on FA most of the maps on PvE are empty outside of the high level maps or start zones.

Remember, half my guild is on FA and all I need to do if you make a “true” or “false” claim is to go ask them to check up on it and they will not lie to me on the matter. If you make a claim about TC, I am on TC now and can figure out and see truth over lie…

Finally, TC is cheerful enough with their antics on the field in WvW, but I love those antics because truth be told…yes! I have seen a lot more friendliness and kindness so far from TC than FA. In fact unlike FA, TC actually appreciates small guilds, their actions and effort.

Oh my gosh. “My group is better than your group, my zerg is better than your zerg, FA sucks blah blah”

When will you stop? If you want a challenging 5v5 I dare you to beat my group.

Everytime AoN is seen on the map TC people simply say, just run right by them and get on with the task at hand. Whereas your group is good at running around with 8-10 players you are viewed as a non threat and a time sink to chase around to try and kill, so we don’t being almost always other things take president.

I don’t say this as a chest thumping kind of deal. I’m just letting you know why groups from 10-30 are passing you by without so much as slowing down to wave. TC views AoN as more of a havoc team that goes around contesting POI or taking camps, attacking stragglers and such. Kind of a weak tea but whatever floats your boats sirs.

Saying it so arrogantly doesn’t make our server, you, or AoN look any better. I know you’ve done 5 against 30 before, but saying that you’re going to win any fight against less than 30 just with just 5 isn’t something you should say like that.

For the first time last night in LA I saw pve player (guessing cos I’ve never seen that person in wvw) say, “thank you wvwers, keep up the good work”. Makes this militia asuran happy!!

I usually read the matchup thread every day but never post in it I thought I would pop in and thank everyone on all 3 servers. Myself and two really good friends from another game moved to TC the first week of this match up and it has been a blast we were starting to loose interest in GW2 but the community on TC fits our personalitys making us enjoy our time in pve and pvp and the skill level and tenacity of FA and KN have made for some really fun times in WvW. So thank you no matter what server you are on for helping the three of us enjoy the game again and best of luck to all of you in this coming weeks match.

Tactically, or just tacky, when it’s 5 (me) on 30 (not me) I’m going to get into stealth, pick the best direction, and try to break free before I break. Get broke. Broken. Brokered. Occupy Downed Street. And worse.

Aw, I’ll never feel the thrill of winning at 1 against 6 or worse.

Strategically, I never want to need to win at 1 against 6. Worse is RIGHT out.

Just saying, if it’s not a bag of cookies against me, outnumbered is not the happy.

Early on they were’nt as much of a blowout, that is before BG got all their transfers. Those matches finished about 60k? or so apart in the end but it was done evenly throughout the week. TC gained a huge lead in just 2 days, i’m interested to see what kind of lead they have by next friday. Actually may be enough that in a couple weeks Kain will be having a vacation in T3. We shall see

So, can anyone fill me in on how Kain managed to hang onto the Garrison in KBL last night? I was on until about 1AM CST (GMT -6). When I logged off, TC had Kain outnumbered enough to take a fully upgraded Bay while also taking and holding Dawn’s. The NE wall of Garrison had been trebbed down, zero supplies in Garri, and TC was also taking the NW tower and Kain held no camps. As usual, I didn’t want to leave, but it looked like it could grind on for hours.

What does a 5 man SPvP team accomplish in WvW anyway?, I mean seriously, besides supply camps and harrasing solo roamers…

What does a 5 man SPvP team accomplish in WvW anyway?, I mean seriously, besides supply camps and harrasing solo roamers…

They pretty much harass stragglers and pug zergs. They are pretty effective against unorganised groups that aren’t too big, but I feel like most of the zergs in this tier are too big for them to be able to do anything to.

Carefull, I have fraps of you guys with 10 AoN running away and getting wiped with 15 of us. But you guys are really good tho, because when someone spotted you it needed to be addressed since you guys can be a pain

I dunno. I roamed with 4 of them the other night and we were taking on zergs composed of a lot of the same guild tags. Other than that smashing other evenly sized groups that happened to cross our path. It was pretty impressive.

Im all for 5 man teams with small goals to help the PPT, but I hope these 5 man teams dont think they make a difference in fighting against WvW guilds…
