I’m not sure if this is supposed to be normal but on my alt characters lvl 60 and 30 I can’t see the skins items when I talk to the vendor and instead white items are offered for coins.

Also it seems strange that the skin items aren’t account bound in the first place since the badge currency already is available to every character (same goes for siege weapons).

This system just makes things more inconvenient.

Armour and Weapons for sale in WvW are only shown for your current level range and the next level range.

I’m not into searching for it, but…

I remember someone from Anet mentioning that its a systems thing, why siege is soulbound…sorta. They added the feature of dropping them for somebody else to pick up, because they couldn’t change the soulbound issue.

I know this don’t help all your issues, but I hope it helped some.
