It’s pretty funny watching people trying to come up with solutions that “fix” population in-balances with a “beaver dam”.

Everybody knows water flows down-hill & eventually tries to join a larger body of water cough – (Top Tier Servers).

1. Fix works for a while, but over time the water manages to create pressure leaks & get past all these obstacles. Water level eventually returns to the same level before the fix & basically nothing is solved.
2. Fix creates other problems when the water gets backed up. Water that’s not allowed to flow in a “clean & natural” way can become Stagnant & Un-Healthy to drink.

A better Long Term solution would be to create a path for the water to flow & then to build a water wheel to harness the power of the naturally flowing water…imho

There are solutions that can do this & sometimes it’s right in front of you.

All kidding aside, you may be on to something. Maybe something to help it flow toward the least resistant area (t3/4). Maybe Anet has a plan for opening these new “servers” in WvW and those that flow.

There really isn’t an appropriate solution anet could implement. While people don’t mind government regulating other people, they don’t like it when it is regulating them. Unfortunately too many don’t know how to regulate themselves. Population imbalance is 100% in control of the players already.

We have beavers on exhibit at my job, they just clog up the filtration and destroy pump impellers. Therefore, I hate them.

Don’t forget the part of the water cycle where most of the water evaporates and falls as rain on the mountains. Anet would never do that to their water without it rising up in protest.
