Bots are a disadvantage because they take up room in the queue. As for the orb hacking, I can’t even name one server that hasn’t done it at this point. With free server transfers hackers just go from server to server trolling whoever they can. I seriously doubt you will have many if any established guilds/alliances using cheats of this magnitude.

Ultimately its up to Arenanet to fix it and in the meantime there is nothing us legit players can do about it. Yeah it sucks to see everything you worked for get hacked away in a second but there is nothing we can do but wait.

Anyways, some good fights tonight in Anvil Rock borderlands

So far, great match, doesn’t appear one server holds a major upper hand. This is very nice considering the last three weeks where the match up system has been questionable at best. But we shall see what happens in the next 8 or so hours, far too early to tell where this one is going.

I’m calling it now, Sorrow’s Furnace is going to win. To my knowledge, we have a much larger population than Anvil Rock and Borlis Pass. Not to mention we defeated Darkhaven despite their demoralizing nightcapping affair.

I’m a SF player, and from my current perspective, I assume we will dominate from sheer numbers just as we have been dominated by sheer numbers in the slightly higher brackets.

I can tell you this, I did see SF wearing our outmanned buff. That’s our buff!!

And hopefully BP can figure out how to attack green targets … because if they haven’t noticed, green has no issues attacking them.

well i try to get the last skill point and got killed on the spot. and sitting at 97% for the would map. i have to give it up. i just wish they remove the sp/poi/vist from wvw its a waste of time.

SF Wins due to massive population, and people will probably transfer there and make it super unbalanced. I think its gonna be tight between us and Borlis though.

Ya, I feel bad for what happened to Anvil Rock last week. I think your current matchup will be really good based on past experience against Sorrow’s Furnace.

@Exedore AR has fun regardless of whats going on in the match, and that’s probably why we have been in the same position week after week. We are Anvil, we can survive the beating, even though there is plenty of swearing in our voice chat.

looks like ANV left a bit too early. We’re holding our BLs and tons of fun in Eternal.

It was fun, until I watched 6 players exploit through a keep wall. Reported them, but exploiters/hackers who are in large guilds never get banned.

i think anvil rock has a chance beating sf, sf got no one left on their server, died pretty hard after we night trained them 2 weeks ago… so if you guys just keep up the good defensive sieges you did with our dawn’s tower style last week, i say you guys got a good chance to beat SF

Good Job to all the Servers last night. Had the most fun in 3 weeks last night after new match ups. SF is ahead in the points atm but its nice to defend a tower/keep instead of just supply runs. Keep it up AR and lets have a great week

not gunna lie. its been a fun Sat in our BLs and EB today Haven’t been able to say that in the past 4 weeks.

All that has happened so far so both blue and green have zerged over red with numbers, That’s it. No strat outplays 3x your numbers.

while it is amusing that AR is doing it’s typical play hard for 2nd place thing, most of the regular wvwers on borlis enjoy fighting out manned and out gunned.

had a blast last night fighting on two fronts all evening. looking forward to this week’s match.

we did have a queue on anvil’s map last night somehow, even though there was less than 50 of us in the small corner of the map AR and SF had pushed us into. rendering issues aside it was a lot of fun though.

We just play hard, 2nd place lands on us..

You know what, I was on for 10 hours fighting 2 to 1 odds against both SF and AR, maybe if I did speak for all of us we could get something done.

SF doesn’t have a massive population, we just have more than AR and BP do. We got knocked down to this bracket specifically because we lack population compared to the worlds above us.

No, when SF has its entire border green and AR has its border turning green, yet, they continue to attack red, including sandwiching us between two zergs one of each color, that is not playing to win, that’s playing for second place.

@dirtyklingon you crack me up man, your server hits AR targets right out of the gate, and is at AR orb in the first 10 minutes of the match and you are complaining AR is attacking you. I really don’t see why that would even remotely be a surprise. If you didn’t then why is the first pic I posted showing BP in only AR areas?? Yes we are going to attack you if you cannot help but come after us, why the heck wouldn’t we? Playing hard for second beats playing extra hard for last.

Anvil Rock is sticking to our borderlands and EB. We know well enough that we don’t have the manpower to fright a two front war.

The only folks you’ll find in your borderlands are camp flipping guild runs and folks who cant’ get into the above two mentioned zones.

Seriously man. We’re just as much as out-manned as you are, we’re just sticking to where we can fight our battle.

Your the ones, GOAT who tried to take our keeps/garrison in our borderlands. Twice you tried to backdoor our garrison.

If you put as much effort in defending your borderlands maybe it wouldn’t be green every time I look.

We defended our borderlands all day yesterday. Only leaving after being pushed out by a Green and Blue zerg. Had to go somewhere and try something.

@plok the ship sailed on whining about 2to1 odds on this server months ago now. some of us have learned to adapt… nevermind who doesn’t love pushing back odds against you in epic battles?

why would anyone listen to you on borlis? you have next to no respect for anyone outside of your guild and sbzy and seem to think we are just on borlis to praise you and some random youtuber guy that doesn’t even play this game or something.

there’s a reason my guildies have instructions to move maps when they see your or silva’s commander tag on a map. i’m sure my guild is far from the only one here that have learned to do that.

@dovgan don’t pretend it hasn’t been a staple of matches between our servers for anvil to go after borlis since headstart. this strategy has server you well in staying out of the bottom bracket. my guild and i personally like the fights, but your protests are amusing. last match we teamed up we had a temp truce for a couple hours until your server intentionally went directly after us.

And Sorrow just Exploited or hacked garrison and now runing around and somhow porting Golems. How the kitten can you port a Siege equipment item like this? that just leads to porting them inside keeps and insta taking them. I was in agrrison buying and selling and all of a sudden it pops green and i insta die to guards, But Yet we still ahve the orb. HMMMMMMMM

It was bound to happen. We’ve fended off their legit attempts all day. Now keep in mind its probably just a few bad apples, but they just hacked a fully upgraded keep, that’s a good way to spoil a great weekend.

last time we allied you guys, you backstabbed us as soon as you ran out of objectives to flip for exp and karma on your side of the map.

i saw that in our last match. kaineng had an orb in one of our keeps. another bug we had last match is where one of the orbs vanished from teh map for a day or two but was still under kaineng’s control magically.

Outnumbering people?? Really? The reason we made a guild effort to earn the money to have a commander in our guild is so that our guild members can easily find him while we run together in 2-3 separate groups.

Our tactics have nothing to do with outnumbering people – Especially when our guild group out there at any given time is about 10-20 out of whatever number the cap is for the map.

With all due respect, Mr. Klingon – this is something best brought up in in-game tells between the two of you, rather than in a public forum such as this…

No wonder the server falls to last place, unless we are on the very bottom of the ladder… We can’t even get along with EACH OTHER!!

Actually it was 7 trebs, 1 omega golem, 1 alpha golem and about a hundred guys against the low pop guys who kept them out of it. But they dont zerg.
