metabattle is good place to go for the basics. Besides that, try joining a good WvW Guild and they will have builds that they run for various reasons. Some of these reasons mean that those builds will probably never become available to the masses for competitive advantage reasons.
Alternatively you could always check the classes’ respective forum and ask around there. You will get good help no matter which of these options you take.
Metabattles is mostly outdated. IMO run with a crowd in the style of play you want then ask someone that plays your class that is doing well. If playing in a large guild, they usually have very specific builds for you to run.

I don’t think there is any clear meta . I have seen different guilds run very different builds on their players. For example guardians come in different variations: Old School shout build, dragonhunter with gs/lb, dragonhunter with damage traps, full nomad shout build ect.
Some guilds might have a mix of different guardians too! Heavy support dudes with healing power and shouts and few more dps focused dragonhunters for Bow #5.
