Guild Wars 2

Hi there,

I can guarantee you, that we have no Allience with either of our enemies.
We have Guilds that operate in there respective Map. During the weak we have ofcourse less popularity and yesterday the Red Borderland was not as active as the Blue.

But we allways have a focus. Strongest Opponent gets focused. :p

I set up shop in Garrison yesterday evening after we’d retaken it from the DL Teatime Zerg. TDA and others I think were primarily responsible for that – I was a bit of a Johnny Come Lately as I was escorting dollies at that time. I didn’t move out of Garrison much until I logged off around 9pm UK time. Claimed it for Ancient Shadows and loaded up the buffs. Big thanks primarily to Padmay and Jessopia for upgrades and assistance. Generous help very much appreciated.

There were 2 DL attempts to take it in that time, both beaten off mercilessly thanks to very fast responses from our lads and lasses when the people on guard duty put out the call. Similarly an attempt on Dawn’s was sent into disarray just as I was on my way back to Garrison with supply.

Got some nice video in Garrison of DL trying to kill us by weighing us down with lootbags on the stairs just after the watergate.

Really need to stop being so lazy and put some of my recent footage into a proper vid but I don’t really want to do much before the community video project

Disappointing matchup from my point of view. Prefer smaller scale stuff… group or duo/trio and unfortunately just not feasible vs the might of the German numbers.

Have been pretty much relegated to pve vs camps for the last week.

Shout out to the Dsun guys camped in the DE border, man you guys must be bored! Very dedicated though, props to you for watching over an empty map day in day out.

And a special shout to the Dsun group at vale who were kind enough to engage in a number of 1v1 fights against my guardian. Very sporting of you!

(I got rolled over later on by 2groups of your friends… They even felt the need to Moa morph me! Lol I am that dangerous! Made me laugh )

Made the most of the matchup as could considering being completely outmanned most the time by germans, though have to thank KISS for this little army:

A golem army made with one purpose. Get garrison and cliffside so that i can get 100% map completion for the red boardland. Worked a treat

At least we had some payback time last night =)

Well done Drakkar Lake in defending your borders. I was in a group this night led by Commander Uroo, we where the stubborn kittens that kept fighting at Vale.

Your dedication to defending your borderlands and your reaction time is commendable, despite the number discrepancy we had some awesome fights on Drakkars Borderlands.

Thats a lot of Germans! I don’t think at any point (other than a couple of supply camps) we faced less than twice our number and it was usually 3-4 times our number this evening. Despite that, had a good profitable evening.

Running with outmanned buff as the evening wore on, a good indication of the difference in populations. Noticed that there were a few DL that knew what they were doing but for the most part I suspect DL peeps were running on lowbie alts (probably confident from being so used to outnumbering us). We cut through quite a lot like butter. At various times the DL zerg was not rendering on my screen so I couldn’t even see what was going on other than the clue given by my health bar dropping rapidly.

Ultimately though, the huge difference in numbers was the deciding factor and not really a lot we could do about that.

thanks mate. ye you are right, it is indeed boring in our homelands. but we are dsun and we have discipline and if our lead says “this week you def homelands, wheter you see something or not” then we do it.

Btw, im the female guardian with the vision of the mists. I’ve let you do 1s1 as much as possible, as I respect ppl that want to do that. (I enjoy 1v1’s asmuch as you do and so does some of my guild mates)

I can confirm that we took UW garrison just so that one person could get the POI he needed. :P
