Players DO collude to farm rewards. Its called EoTM, and YOU created it, Anet.

Edit: Perhaps servers —should-- get together and EotM the new Desert Borderlands maps? Red take Blue, Blue take Green, Green take Red… wait for total map cap then musical borderland… Red take Green, Green take Blue, Blue take Red, etc. Anybody think the Devs would respond?

Edit 2: Still, though, you’d actually have to have enough players to be able to cap the BL.
