How do people pull this off usually?

I know Mesmer Timewarp Helps, but what can make your stomp move finish in approximately 1 second instead of looking like a long channel?

Really curious.

Some of the other classes also have spells that gives them quickness(like the buff you get from mesmer’s timewarp.)

Any form of quickness can do this (thief has access to it, warrior etc). Also there is a weapon sigil that can proc quickness, sometimes it procs at the perfect time right before the enemy goes down allowing me to stomp them fast.

It’s the Quickness Boon some classes have access to. ie Haste, Frenzy, Elixir U and Quickening Zephyr can also grant Quickness.
