GvG Dueling map?

How would this be set up hypothetically?

A non server bound mist server where people can create groups up to 20 people?
In that server create instances for duels. iow one instance with three different entrances.
-Two entrances for the competitors.
-One instance for spectators , iow a spectators bench where a player can still activate skills but seperates you from the duel..(^^)

Seperate dueling grounds/instances for different group sizes?

curious how people would see this duealing ground happen.
