Anets response was “please report in game so our security team can keep an eye on him”. I gave them documented evidence and the account name and they can’t sign onto the YB server and hang around EB keep and watch him? Oh wait, that would include PLAYING WVW. It really seems like a lost cause.

In this specific case, the player is on for hours each day and every three minutes can be found tagging a guard. It would take about five minutes to find this guy if they wanted to. At this point he is a walking advertisement for running cheats and hacks.

You sure can report. Submit a ticket to CS using the Support button at the top of this page. Give exact spelling of the character names. Even better, if you can give the display names (Like Fred.1234) that helps. If it’s a guild, CS needs to know which people were involved, as indicting an entire guild for the actions of individual members isn’t something we’d want to do.

You normally cannot attach screenshots to the initial ticket, but if CS needs or wants them, they’ll let you know how to send them.

You reply to a person claiming someone else is hacking but to the enormous and gigantic requests asking you to fix WvW you completely ignore them?! What a load of kitten!

The whole report thing for hackers is a joke .Where in costumer service do you even report .Theirs no specific place to make a report .I have video of an obvious hack that was occurring the other night of a daredevil that could evade 10 or more times consecutively then suddenly appear out of range 1500 plus when when I did hit him, which was rare.I’m getting to the point where I don’t give a rats backside if I disgrace someones name or not. YOU ANET needs to get out there yourselves and drop those stupid ANET tags so these cheating prigs don’t scurry off like the kittenroaches they are.And don’t give a lame answer with a generic form letter like the last two times.Stop jacking us around and get on the issue.
