Te Nosce [TC]
Jan 18-25 SoR-TC-SBI
I don’t think anyone on SoR is in the mentality of “Let’s dominate T2” but rather the mentality of “Let’s prepare for T1”, where sadly 24/7 coverage is needed.
Also, you have to remember Sanctum of Rall went through 9 weeks, that’s 63 days of waking up to everything lost and Blackgate ticking at 550+ , 4 of those days waking up to +0ppt for a good 3-4 hours. We’ve been through a lot as a server and have gotten stronger because of it I feel.
Even through all that adversity we still fought on and stayed at the #5 spot. TC needs to do the same, we all know why you are losing this bad, no one is saying TC is bad. In fact I know a lot of SoR has nothing but respect for TC. But to come to the boards on end whining about it, doesn’t help. You guys have only gone through 2 days of it, go through 61 more then we can talk.
Honestly, you guys need to work on your community in this time, forget about the score. While I wasn’t going to say anything, I’ve gotten quite a few tells from your guilds asking to transfer here. The main reason they are saying, the TC they joined before is not what the TC is now. Apparently you guys are trying to create an alliance or military council or something over there now to compete and it’s ruining the smaller guilds? Stay true to what got you guys here, don’t try to be like anyone else, you are TC, forget the councils, forget the dictatorships, alliances, all that BS. Just do what you guys do and make stronger what got you here in the first place.
And just so it’s clear, they were all NA guilds, I told them we are pretty much to the brim as far as NA goes so they shouldn’t consider SoR as a reasonable choice as much as our community may appeal to them.

Please, don’t tell TC’rs who come here to express their frustration over the fact that we had been excited to finally have a match-up of 3 fairly even servers, to simply man up and deal with it. The whole point here is that because a WHOLE LOT of people just joined your server because THEY could not/would not simply man up and deal what was happening on their old servers and decided to bandwagon their way to the top. This match-up is beyond pointless, outnumbered at every encounter by double, upgrading keeps or buying siege is just a flat out waste of credits when a 40+ zerg will be whipping around to take anything they want, whenever they want.
Enjoy fighting alone for awhile, many of us will be taking a break from this fiasco.

Well, what TC does in the face of adversity is only in your hands. We can only help you use us an example because we were in your shoes not even 10 days ago. But however TC tackles this challenge, I wish you luck and hope the best. You guys are good people, hopefully you will get past this.

Budd. SoR has been there and done that over and over again. Guess what? We didn’t take a break. We got better. Now it’s paying dividends. Some good some bad. But take a break you’ll eventually drop on the tier then from the tier. And as Allen Tousaint (sp) said in his oft covered song, “The people that you met on your way up, you will meet on your way down.” Or words to that effect.

Yeah I’m happy you guys will be able to move on to T1 glory. It’s great for you.
The one difference though is BG wasn’t nearly as strong outside of Oceanic. With the combination of planned and bandwagon Xfers SoR is “all Zerg all the time” at the moment and that just really isn’t any fun at all to fight against.
I found great respect for and enjoyed fighting against Choo, FEAR, TW, and true hardcore WvW Guilds we went up against the past few weeks. I’m just really bummed it didn’t last.
Zzzz i’m done arguing with you since it is absolutely pointless. I have sleep to catch up on!
Not sure why you started arguing with me in the first place. I was just informing people of the queue situation.
Actually, I think I see where the argument comes from. As I read through your posts, I am struck by the fact you mention SoR being the ones killing you. So are you posting things about our server as if you are a member just to cause people to not wish to join us? Are you bothered by the fact that SoR is expanding its population after many weeks of being the under dog? I am sorry that you feel you must bad mouth another server. I admit we have a que. But never has there been a que on ALL maps at the same time. I have always been able to get into another map. Last night was an exeption. Reset night was very busy, and quite a fun time. I enjoyed meeting new people and seeing the Militia run as a group, and even do crap jobs like escort Yaks.
I toast a week of entertainment, epic battles, and yaks.

Most of those guilds were out NA time, forget the PPT, forget the stupid score. Do what we did, get out there and play with your servermates and play to win, when you are on. Don’t worry about what happens when you go to bed. I honestly, love some of the TC attitudes I’ve seen. I’ve personally talked to some of the PINK players and they have a very respectful AND competitive attitude. I love it, the attitudes of the TC’ers is so similar to the never give up Rallian attitude. Which is why it pains me to see this already from some of you guys in day 2. I cannot even imagine what would happen if you went through 9 weeks of it like we did.
One thing BG cannot ever say is that we stopped fighting. Every night we were out there fighting and fighting and fighting. Never give up, never surrender, never give an inch!

Rosie. He’s from your server. Both Devil and Covenn are on SoR.
From an SBI perspective, we had a lot of victories last night. We crushed several zergs with much smaller numbers and had a really good night of PvP. We had a pretty terrible night of WvW as we were constantly playing whack-a-mole with SoR groups popping their heads up as soon as we responded to attacks elsewhere on the map (Eternal Battlegrounds fyi).
There were plenty of badges (93!) and plenty of loot but not very many points to be had. We fought hard for our keep on several occasions last night (see pic below) and repelled the zergs right up until around 3am. I realize that most people would view a multi-golem attack vs a server with the outmanned buff as a dick move but it really was the only way they were ever going to take our keep. I know it feels like SBI is getting kicked while we’re down but let’s be honest, that’s really the best time to kick someone so we’re going to get kicked…A LOT.
We still have some of the best open field fighters in the game. We still crush larger forces regularly. We may not even be able to hold the ground we’re standing on but they’ll know they’re in a fight when they try to take it.
And now…action pics!

As a player on BG, I can verify this statement 100%. SoR got it’s much needed overnight coverage to at least make a showing in T1. In a big way from the looks of things. Sadly, that also means that T2 is going to suck for a awhile until things balance out a bit. Unfortunately it looks like we’re back to how things were in September. Four T1 caliber servers with only room for three.
Good luck everyone.

Hmm weeks of fighting hard to gain ground only to lose it to BG uncontested overnight and I never gave in. After three days you are throwing in the towel.
Different mentality I guess.
Want to compliment SBI. Every post ive read from your members has been thoughtful, non-aggressive and often funny (that solo Asura pix and “we’re fine” comment will forever make me chuckle). Even in the face of some pretty devastating turnover this past week, you all have maintained your dignity. We could all learn from their example.
(edited by Jayne.9251)
The BG and SoR comparison is not very apt. What is frustrating is that matchup in T2 was good and is now worse. BG had a similar composition as it rised through the ranks, we fought them when they went through T3, their goal was always to stack a server for T1 competition. SoR and TC share(d) a focus more on being competitive where they are.
Regardless, there is no reason to take out our frustration on SoR, it is just the nature of the game. Until the community takes it on itself to build solid matchups in each tier the game won’t reach its full potential. The current cycle of 1st place servers attracting enough coverage to move up a tier and the 3rd place server losing coverage until they move down is really painful because it feels like the majority of the movement in the system is from transfers not skill or coordination.
In any case, the problem we have now is one we’ve had before when in a tier with a server attempting to hit T1 and server suffering from burnout from T1. We survived that just fine, it just took more focus on making the game fun rather then letting it happen through a good match up.
Edit: To be clear: SoR has been probably our favorite server to play with. We wish you the best. Looking forward to some good weeks with SBI too.

Pardon me, but I have no idea what you are talking about. I think you missed something really big in what you read. In fact, you really need to go back and read it all again because your entire post is based of something that is wrong.
First thing you missed: I play on SoR and have for months.
Secondly, I know we have had queues on every map at the same time most night recently, even in the middle of the week during NA prime time. Why do I know this? Because I have been in them and bouncing around maps. Sure, sometimes they are a minute or two, but others they are an hour.
Thirdly, I am not bothered the we are expanding our population at all. We need oceanics/euros to compete in T1 (if you look in the recruitment thread you will see my support posts there as proof). However, we are at or above capacity NA prime time.
Lastly, I was simply warning people about that fact, not telling them to go away. There is no denying the fact that if there are already queues during a certain coverage period, that adding a huge influx of players at the same time is going to make them vastly worst. Common sense.
Oh, and please tell me where I bad mouthed anyone or any server? That comment of yours was baseless.

SBI here.
First – the guilds that moved from SBI to SoR (Mord, Yaki, Syn, SSQ and the rest) were always great and dedicated people – nothing but respect and admiration for them. They fought against odds and won all the time. No hostility from me to anyone there. In fact, it was more of us NA failing them. They were always honest and dedicated. May you find what you looked for.
Second – the announcement of paid transfers was bound to cause this kind of movements. Dedicated WvW guilds wanted to consolidate into a few high level servers, in context of dwindling GW2 population. 100% predictable.
Life will go on and reach a new state of balance in a few weeks/months. Let’s stay classy and enjoy the game the way we can.

I’m sure these guys are all good people. However, SBI as a server…all of us, participated in the losses that landed us in Tier 2. Now it’s time to suffer the consequences of those losses and start rebuilding but instead we’re hit with a mass exodus of our players. To add insult to injury, many of them have joined our current enemy. I agree with earendil in hoping these people find what they’re looking for but there’s nothing about this that I can respect or admire.
Sometimes you just have to take your medicine. That’s what those of us who are left on SBI are doing. The fact that we’re having to take extra doses because of our deserters is just something we’re going to have to choke down. I honestly never would have predicted the level of defection we’re experiencing but then again, when you’re winning everyone’s a team player. No worries though, we’ll still fight the good fight and hopefully get some stability in the near future.

I like this guy’s attitude, positive ;D. There’s no denying that anyone would be frustrated with the influx of transfers before having to pay for them on the 28th. It causes imbalances and unhappy folks who have to deal with seeing the out manned buff. Believe me when I say this, when we faced BG i constantly saw the outmanned buff a lot of times, its demoralizing. Every server had to face with their wvw guilds transfering, it hurts we know. But what hurts the most is when that server decides to not take you seriously because they were pitying you. That is not how its like on SOR, though we may have numbers because of the influx of server transfers, we will fight 100% of the time cause we have nothing but respect for our opponents and it would be a disservice to them if we gave them anything less.
Much respect to TC and SBI you guys have kept your chin up the whole time and stayed positive, hope to see you in the mists ;D
This post is to address some issues that I have noticed regarding SoR and to offer some helpful advice to anyone willing to listen. This post should be taken with serious regard, because the issues I am going to address must be corrected before we get to Tier 1, should we get to Tier 1, and if we are to have a remotely successful time in Tier 1 ranking.
The first issue I wish to address is the increased amounts of low level players in WvW since our influx of new players to our home world. I want to use the image below as a staring example as to how ineffective low level characters are in WvW. Noting the image, I counted nine Sanctum of Rall Invaders. And of those nine invaders, at least five of them are force leveled up to level 80. Note the green upward facing arrow the left of the character level. I partly addressed this issue in last weeks match-up thread and stated the following:
With that being said, it should be noted that we ask for and expect the best of our teammates in WvW. There are times when characters below level 80 are welcome in WvW, and we will glady fight beside you as you gain levels and Karma, learn new skills and tactics, and become a known asset on the fields of battle. However, characters below level 80 typically lack the proper stats from armor and accessories that give level 80 characters the advantage that makes them an effective fighting force. Therefore, we ask that you bring your best, but we will never turn you away from fighting beside us.
The last issue I want to address is communication. Many of us utilize the SoR community Teamspeak 3 (TS) server. Noting the image below, I can note that Choo actively utilizes the community server for their community led battles, but I have honestly never seen GSCH, FV, PSY, and many other guild tags in the TS server. I am going to make an educated guess and say that it is more than likely that this group of SoR invaders in the image had no verbal communication other than through their respective guilds. I seriously implore SoR players to either join the community TS server or have a representative from your guild listen in on the commanders (most of whom actively command through the community server) so that you are able to hear the orders and actions required in real time without the delay of text chatting. Often times, our commanders will have forces split between different channels while fighting on the same Borderlands. While commanding separate forces, they communicate between each other through whispers and/or map chat. This communication between our guilds and community has been a catalyst throughout our history has a server and our establishment as having arguably the strongest North American presence. Without adequate communication, forces will constantly be clueless as to what needs to be done and to what effect the actions should be executed. I constantly have to type out simple text chats like “moving out,” “do not attack,” and many other simple and drawn out commands in order to make our missions more successful, because there are far too many players not listening to the voice chat of the organized groups led by our commanders. Please take an active role in becoming a valuable player by listening to the voice chat of our commanders.

This post reflects my feelings about the state of TCs WvW. No, I am not going to join a VoIP server. I am going to listen to Spotify and talk to friends.
I don’t want to win I want to enjoy the community we had. Splitting TC into VoIP and not VoIP has been something I’ve opposed since day one.
I will still be around hoping for good things come February but the state of our WvW community and the state of the game is not helping.
Go ahead and yell at me in game I’ve put in my weeks and months.

The one difference though is BG wasn’t nearly as strong outside of Oceanic. With the combination of planned and bandwagon Xfers SoR is “all Zerg all the time” at the moment and that just really isn’t any fun at all to fight against.

For your info, SoS and JQ are “all zerg, all the time” also. That’s kind of a requirement to succeed in T1 WvW. I was there and I faced that every night for 2 months.

I would guess that dude is from SoS and JQ. They are known to do absolutely anything to win and get an upper hand. Cheating and exploitation is common, including spies and sending someone to your TS server to trash talk you. SBI has seen all of these first hand. Morality and ethics doesn’t apply to SoS and JQ at all.
All the more reason why I want to see them beat.

I think we do just fine the way that we currently operate. I relay messages across chat just fine. Some GSCH will use TS but I will not require it. There’s a whole lot of foul language and explicit talk there and many of our crew has young kids that play with us. I don’t want them getting an epic new vocabulary while we’re trying to have a good time.
One other thing you need to think about is that Sanctum of Rall is the official home of the largest Christian Gaming Alliance in MMO’s today. They were here at the birth of this server and still make a large part of our community. If we are turned off by the language I’m certain they are as well. We use RaidCall because there’s a more mature and respectful policy in place that doesn’t allow for vulgarities to run rampant. We provide a child safe environment 24/7.
IF the TS server held a similar policy in place and we could bring our children and friends with us and not be exposed to constant vulgarities, trolling, and insults we would consider using it. But I’m not going to subject my friends, family, or comrades to that. Until then I will continue doing what I can to relay messages and let those GSCH that are willing to sit in TS to continue to sit in TS and relay.

Yeah, the community TS is really for adults, it’s more a rated R audience. GSCH has been good about sending in reps to relay info like the non-english speaking guilds do. And they are always there for the reset meetings.

I feel the exact same way. I’m on SoR and I visited the server ts once. That was enough for me. The trash talk and vulgar language turned me off quickly. We have a commander in our guild that regularly visits the ts and relays any important messages to us but he also recommends that we don’t use the server.
Personally, I play video games to relax and have fun. Yes, PvP many times is not relaxing but it is a lot of fun to try your absolute best to win at all costs. It’s not fun to have to listen to an ill-tempered commander dropping F bombs all evening.
Things are as they be TCers, cant change it, just adabt, take the pain and once more charge into the breach, we TCers, are more of a deverse mix then most servers i suspect, casuals, RPers, PvPers, PVers, and im proud of us, proud of how far up we come, and i think almost all we faced, speak good of us, we might not allways win, but we sure try give as good as we get, so lets be glorius in defeat and give them such a end, that it be wourthy of a song !

I agree, Anet dropped the ball by allowing free transfers to go on this long. Now with the announcement that transfers will be “pay for” only, folks that would have stuck it out trying to rebuild their server feel pressure to move now. I really don’t blame the players, there should have never been free transfers once the full match-ups started. Now the WvW communities must be patient and wait until things “settle” again. Obviously some servers will fare better than others, I hope the WvW community as a whole pulls through. Hopefully the Feb. WvW updates will be great and re-invigorate old players and pull in new ones.
While I am glad that we have received the coverage to face T1 opponents on more of an equal footing, I feel sad that it had to happen so quickly due to the end of transfers. I welcome all of the new folks to SoR, and hope they enjoy the community as much as I have.
Sanctum of Rall
I want to take a moment to say to SBI and TC that you all have been great sports even as SOR got saturated with transfer guilds and became a wee bit over powering. I apologize for those in this thread and the one before it and ask that you do not judge our server as a whole on their actions.
There are a lot of chest thumpers who have come to SoR and see fit to try to rub things in others faces. Not all of us are like that. I prefer a good fight over a blowout any day of the week. I know SBI lost a lot of guilds over the past month and it’s sad to see so many turning their back on their home and leaving for other places. Those that have joined SoR from SBI, welcome. I only hope that in the end your loyalties for SoR are not superficial but one of a desire to be part of a community. We may go Tier 1, but as soon as we lose in Tier 1, are you going to stand by us or look for a new home like you’ve done before? I’m certain their are a few who come out of correct intentions and only want a better community to call home, but I have already seen a fair share of winning team seagulls flocking to our shores hoping to ride this train into T1.
Will our fate be the same as SBI, Henge of Denravi, or Eredon Terrace? Only time will tell but the important thing to remember is that if we are to endure, it’s not the skill of players, not the numbers in your zerg, and certainly not the points on the scoreboard that will keep us alive and well. It’s the fellowship within the community that forges the bond that keeps a server together. If that begins to break down and fracture we can expect to find the same fate that has destroyed so many Tier 1 servers before.
I implore all Sanctum of Rall to practice sportsmanship this week. TC and SBI are doing their best to put up a fight and we don’t need all the spitting in peoples faces and insults. I for one enjoyed the past week and hope that this week can bring some of the same result. Tier 2 has been very fun and enjoyable and I know the days ahead will be a lot more brutal. Now is not the time to trakittenalk and beat people down. It’s the time to prepare for the weeks ahead improve your game. Everything you think you know, is about to change the moment we walk into T1. Look at blackgate. They went from beatdown central to being the chump of T1. JQ and SOS are no joke. I’ve fought SoS and they have a very very unique approach. 24/7 coverage isn’t going to be enough. As long as we’re zerging and not dividing our forces into smaller teams we’ll be crushed.
When that gate opens and we walk into the arena you all better come out swingin, and swingin hard. Get your Superior siege, practice small unit tactics, and be ready to have a man sitting on EVERY objective 24/7. Both JQ and SoS have scouts that sit on every single objective and you will have to act fast and be surgical with your assaults. It’s a whole different ball game up in T1. On top of that we will have to be able to survive a loss without tearing each other apart. Fact is in T1 you win, you lose, you endure. We can’t be #1 forever, and we need to be ok with that. We need to learn from our defeats and move forward. In the end the only thing that will keep us there is unity. With getting over 30 new guilds, hundreds of new players, and a new hour or more long queue to go with it, a couple weeks before we go T1, the mix for disaster is there. We best take this week to build unity if we have any hope to survive our first week in Tier 1.
To TC, You guys have my respect and I hope to again fight against you. PINK you guys are a ton of fun and love your enthusiasm. Every time I saw you guys on the field I knew we were gonna have a great battle. If we ascend to T1, I will miss you guys and really hope your not far behind us. It’s been a true pleasure fighting against you and I salute you all.
To SBI, Thanks for putting up with us these past 2 weeks. I know we haven’t been the best sports about the whole thing but I continue to see SBI coming out to try to make a stand against us. I know you’ve lost a lot of your community and for that you have my sympathies. I hope you can rebuild and look forward to seeing the new SBI down the road.
All in all the past couple weeks has been a lot of fun, not because we’re wining, but because both TC and SBI chose to fight rather than PvDoor. No matter how bad someone is behind they continue to fight like it’s the last man standing. Thanks for the great fights and I hope we can squeeze a few more in before we move up.
Good luck in the next couple weeks and thank you TC and SBI for being such good sports in the face of adversity. You have a huge salute from [GSCH] and I look forward to playing you guys in the future.

I propose more golems – make 20 of them on all sides. Then have a 3 way with them. Golems vs golems vs golems.

@ the Stormbluff Human Engineer from [RedV], once, just once, I would like to be able to 1v1 you without your mesmer friend blowing me up. If you ever care to arrange a fight please feel free to look me up in game.
I don’t think anyone on SoR is in the mentality of “Let’s dominate T2” but rather the mentality of "Let’s prepare for T1.
(i do not speak for my server or my guild, only myself)
I present to you, Humans, Charr, Norn and Asura alike, the very attitude that is poison to a population and an attitude which, I feel, is poisoning WvW. The rest of this person’s post is worth reading, because it tries, at some length, to justify a strange premise: We should all, eventually, be in T1.
That is the focus. To ‘win’ wvwvwvw. Not to have any sort of fun or any good fights. Indeed, this person goes on to suggest that other servers should be like SoR, or any of the other servers in T1, or any of the other servers clawing their way up to what? Glory? Perfection? A better challenge? We all know it’s a zerg; let’s not pretend.
I would prefer a different goal: that those of us on TC disregard this ongoing clamor for some rarefied air and focus on what we do best. When we make WvWvW a ’player’s club’ we chase off many of the people who make this community bright and beautiful. I bring my thoughts to the Charr present, the Asura present, the Norn present and the Humans present.
I second this proposal and will forward it to the Asura War Council: Preparations, Planning and Prospectivity department for review immediately.
(In the last game I played, my guild of 2 years climbed to the top of the world pvp ladder. It started with the core being focused on doing our best in battle as well as selectively recruiting only players with good attitudes. “Willing to learn” and “enjoy playing all game modes with friends” were more important on applications than “fully geared” or “high KDR”. With that positive foundation, our success was largely due to just trying to have fun; and having fun by doing our best in planning and team strategy naturally led to the top.
Eventually, however, a subtle shift in attitude began to take place. It wasn’t noticeable to many at first, so much happening in a guild of ~200 at any time it’s hard to see the subtle undercurrents sometimes. Our recruitment began to focus more on the level of gear and specific class/build than player skill or attitude. Our battle strategies began to focus more on winning as efficiently as possible, began to look more at overall score than individual battles. Our battles became mostly routine 4 minute rolls akin to what a 10 golem + 50 man rush on an undefended tower looks like in GW2, with one or two a week that would actually be challenging 1hr-plus fights which made our week of prep and steamrolls feel like they had some point at least.
Most of our core players quit after a prolonged attempt to cure all the little interpersonal drama flames that were springing up all over due to the underlying problem of playing to win instead of playing for fun and competition. We forgot that games should be fun, and lost something more important than pvp rank.
tl;dr sorry, I’m not abbreviating that ;p)
Most people assume that you can’t have fun and win at the same time.
Tempest Wolves has been an active guild in all pvp games since 2001- from DAOC to now GW2 and everything in between. Since then, our priority has always been having fun and enjoying the game together, the result of that has been success and winning in the games we play. They are not mutually exclusive.
Winning is just a by product of everything else in my opinion, never should it be the goal.

Hmm… Sylvari got left out here too. Though I imagine that’s maybe because they are resistant to Zhaitan’s corruption!

Ha, but they turn into risen grubs when killed. I DON’T KNOW HOW!

Make this with CANDY CORN GOLEMS.
WE NEED TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

Winning as a guild or winning as a server? There is a really big difference. The fact is most people will not continue to play any game where they consistently lose. It’s all about how you define success. If you tie your fun to whether your server is winning, you are bound to be disappointed because servers go up and down.
Consistently winning fights against equal or larger numbers is the hallmark of the better guilds, and it’s fun. If you are playing at that level, chances are you won’t be transferring as soon as your server is not winning. I’ve watched guilds like Choo and HB dominate the battlefield in their primetime, even though their server is losing by a huge point gap. Those guys are still having a blast, and their fun isn’t tied to whether the server is winning or not.
The majority of players never get to experience what it’s like to be in a good guild, which is unfortunate. These are the players that go to whatever server is winning. They aren’t fair weather players anymore then anyone else, they just haven’t found out yet that the solution to winning and having fun in this game is to get into the right guild.

I’d also add to this that you dont’ need to be in a large guild. There are a number of smaller organized guilds that do very well. Often those guilds are a great place to learn the ropes also, as they tend to often be put in charge of sieging up towers and keeps, doing ninja attacks, etc..
Also, another thing I’ve noticed is that the way a server sets up their community TS can have a big effect on getting random players to get more involved. Make it easy for them. Don’t make hard auth requirements like having to fill out some form, or not allowing access unless you have been given permissions. Yes you will have trolls and spies, but IMO easy access is the winner.
Also, it’s much easier for new people if everyone uses the BL channels and not their own guilds channels. If you are not guilded or in a small guild that uses their own TS, you are kind of shut out of an important part of the community.
Can I hug you instead? :-)
I think that TC’s problem is that some people want this to be a T1 WWW server, with chains of command and common communication networks and daily meetings and what not.
Most of TC is not like that. Most are a group of people for who WWW is fun by itself by itself, not just when we win.
Lately there has been attempts by some to become a pro-WWW server. To be a pro-server you need (due to game mechanics) a zerg-only mentality where people follow orders.
This is never gonne happen on TC. The sooner everyone in TC realises that, the better.
So, no, Coral, I won’t yell at you for voicing the opinion of alot of people on this server. I will yell at your side.
We can make signs and stuff!
Always carries a towel – Never panics – Eats cookies.
To all of the TC’ers who are complaining about the current disparity in numbers I would like to remind all of you that what you are experiencing now is exactly what Crystal Desert went through when the two servers shared the same tier. That is not a hostile remark by any means – it is a fact (CD did have a superior Oceanic crew though). Also, you should not be disgruntled because players are apparently transferring en masse. Blame Anet for not addressing the situation sooner.
Once the “paid” transfers happen there will certainly be a shakeup within all tiers. This will settle down soon enough. I’m actually looking forward to static server populations in the very near future.
From what I saw last night TC shouldn’t be too worried. You guys still have a great NA presence and your tenacity has not diminished one iota. Best of luck to you guys.
