Guild Wars 2

Seeing that free server transfers will be ending very soon I am looking to choose my final home. I want to do a mix of everything but wvw is important to me. I don’t have a guild and at the moment havn’t had much time to play and when I do it’s been solo. I just kind of randomly jumped servers so I’m not really sure what the status is with my current server even. I’m not sure being in the top tier is the most important but I do want there to be regular action with some good amount of coordination. My goal is to join a smaller friendly guild that could do some strike force type stuff when there isn’t a zerg. Looking for suggestions.

Fort Aspenwood has a lot of guilds that do that kind of stuff. We have a very active WvW community as well.

It’s not the best place for PvE, but you can guest on another NA server anyway.

If you want a sneaky, skilled server I would recommend Jade Quarry. I have seen more tactics used when playing against them than any other server. They are currently (AFAIK) fighting for 2nd place in Tier 1. I am not sure they have the numbers to ever take first place, time will tell… but they sure have the tactics.

I’d suggest you go overseas, if you’re NA so EU, if you’re EU, go NA. And join a night time guild there.
If you’re from NA and might considder EU, might I point you to RoS ? We could use some help at night.

I’m from JQ and think you would love what you find here!

We’ve been in T1 longer than any other server and we’ve learned a lot while we’ve been here. We may not have full queues on all the maps (in fact, we rarely do) but you will undoubtedly find plenty of sneaky things to do here.

Currently, I’m putting together a training program for my guild for anyone interested in learning these sort of tactics and I know many others who form “gank” groups and go roaming in the mists daily.

At any rate, JQ also has a fantastic community and you’ll be with some great people in everything from fractals, to legendary forging, to WvW.
