This is utterly gamebreaking.

Also, give us a cheat/exploit report option, no idea why we dont get this.
We feel useless when we’re 100% sure someone is exploiting/cheating and you’re like protecting them since we can’t report them..

I agree. This needs fixing ASAP… Got hit 10,8k by Lightning Rod from Elementalist + 3,7k from the static field. My Ele’s health pool is 16k. Bumping for immediate fix, please.
