More WvW Depth
Most of these ideas sound entertaining but destroy balance. Offensive siege would be a thing of the past.
On the other hand, if this is a jab at the power of a mesmer… I see what you did there

Yeah, I think any class specific ability to move around walls and fortifications would destroy balance and also defeat the purpose of WvW and siege in general.
However, WvW could use some more tactical opportunities. Such as Castles, Towers, and Keeps have a supply drain based around how many upgrades they have active. These drains can be countered as long as there is a steady supply of doyaks from surrounding supply camps keep coming. But take the surround supply camps or form small blockades in doyaks paths and cut them off from supplies, the in castle supplies will start to dwindle and eventually run out. This could have some kind of punishment. Such as since they no longer have enough supplies to upkeep their upgrades, their upgrades disappear or something like that. This will make sieging a place a bit more complex and tactical rather then mass spamming trebuchets/golems/and/or flamerams on offense and mass spamming arrowcarts and catapults on defense. Now you actually have to watch your flank and commanders of the offensive siege could force the players to come out of their keep inorder to regain their supply lines.
