Idk why, after yak hacked the orb’s we should be focused on crushing them instead of SOR, but whatchu gunna do.

Yeah but they’ve done this every matchup, from different guilds. Was kaon before, now it’s projekt mayhem or whatever. To a degree, since it’s reoccurring on their server more than any other server, I’d say they have to own some of it.

If enemies can nab the hackers in videos and screenshots, Yak’s easily can too, and they actually see the names and have way more opportunity to report them.

This all the way. We had SEVERAL frapsers at the altars right after it was taken. We all smelled foul play and reacted to catch the perp. At the time we thought it was someone on our team doing this and I let off a rant in map chat as it was taken to let the perp know that we were hunting him. Give him to us!

if your refering to that video, where you killed the mes, it not YB’s fault you lot don’t look for mes portals, or do propper sweeps of things taken.*

If you have propper proof of said hacking I am all for showing them up, but if you don’t you just seem to be crying because you lost a fav toy.

Well, the only instance I have first hand knowledge of is the one that happened in NSP borderlands which still to this minute has never been breached by Yaks. The orb fully reset afterwards and then a few seconds after it fully reset it appeared magically at DB under Yak control.

Don’t have a picture but Yak’s is in lead right now with Shiverpeaks in 2nd and Sanctum 3rd. The gap between all positions is very small though, and each team has 1 orb (the one yak’s bend had just disappeared actually, who knows where it went).

I just want to say that this is the most intense WvWvW I’ve participated in. Eternal very much feels like a battleground when I go in. Good luck to all of you, from a NSP combatant.

lol you assumed you guys (guessing you’re a YB player)got in to the lord room last night which you didnt. You got wiped at the inner gate from the water side and never made it into the lords room, so the though of a mesmer hiding in there isnt possible without some kind of exploit. Court yard yes. lords room no. Im a mesmer, and if you guys had gotten into the lords room i would have never frapsed it, i would just which it. but the fact that our lords room was never a war zone means a mesmer should never be hiding in there. I’ve said this multiple times and will probably have to do so even more since so many ppl think we kitten

To whom ever was just hammered off of a cliff while looking at Stone Mist from near a vista point and belonged to a guild with the tag [VoD]… I’m so sorry That made my night xD

She wasn’t at the vista, she was on the lower cliff looking at our trebs targeting Stone Mist. We had gotten ganked off the walls with AoE and lost two out of three trebs already. I wasn’t risking the person sighting in on our location and providing over watch Besides, it was fun

TBH refuses to let Shadaran Hills Keep fall!!! We will hold for hours at the lord room with no reinforcements! Fraps is loving this action, so is my badge and kill count! Run into the hallway of death! I implore you!

Alas it was a good fight but after an hour it finally fell. Sanctum camping each exit from spawn gave you free reign into the Lord.. such a shame.

That hallway was a massacre there for a good while lol.

So, conveniently after Yak’s Bend sweeps their borderlands and we’re about to engage in a flank attack, everyone gets disconnected and are unable to rejoin the borderlands. Only Yak’s Bend is down… At the same time, all the territory in the empty map is still contributing towards Yak’s Bend’s point total.

Everything seems to be going Yak’s Bend’s way…

99% chance yaks gives up as soon as Monday hits. They’re quitters ;p

Longest queues on Yak’s Bend are when new server rotations happen.
But that’s probably true for all servers.

Hey, more news on the orbhackers out of YB. It might be character assasination. This brings into suspect other orbhackings as well.

Great matching so far guys. Lets see how the weekdays treat us.
Still only 200 points separates all three teams.

All the nonesense aside from Friday night; I have to say it feels really good to be in this tier. These fights have been just epic. There are times I feel maybe we are out matched, then a resurgence happens and my hope returns.

@Anet, if you were waiting for the servers to balance before stopping transfers; (I don’t speak for everyone) I think these 3 servers should be good.

A; It has been a great fight from all sides!
B; Hackers can jump ship to another server in 24hours, please remember this, I don’t blame yak, I blame the player on yak, THERE IS A DIFFERANCE.
C; If orbs where ment to be stealth taken, then why do we have keeps? This is not stealth wars 2 , it’s guild wars 2, I have NO DOUBT the devs never intended these exploits nor portal stealth in and out. Sorry I don’t buy it.
D; FUN FUN FUN, seriously this is the challenge we have been waiting for and to be perfectly frank, sure we got some that just are frustrated to a of quiting (server side players not guild so far ) , but beyond those 1 or 2 I have seen, everyone is having a blast, even with the orb hackers attempting to turn the tide, everyone from every server carries on.
E; Finally respect, I have to say as a representative of [WAR], I am really happy with the responses and respect that is going on within talks about issues within the game , yet we (as mentioned above) continue on and have fun! I do appolgize for those that are following us from previous matchup complaining about NSP. To be frank they ranted and raved at how our guild cheated, the server cheated then everyone cheated and the funny thing is, we have no idea who this guy is. But this is the ONLY time I will ever even mention this issue. So whoever you are, enjoy your one tibit of info posted here it will be your last.

I look forward to fighting with all of you again, it has been a real fun time!

This has been by far the best wvw match up I’ve been in so far. Hope it stays that way until the end of the week.

This MU has been great so far. SoR is coming out swinging and we aren’t the kind of server to give up. Just compare the results from last week to two weeks ago

This is the first real match NSP has had since the rebuild so we are learning ALOT. Very entertaining!

^^ i agree these three servers are by far the most even of all servers from what i see theres always a new leader and theres never a a big gap in point income and overall score <3

and i also love how much all three servers respect each other i wouldnt mind fighting your guys again next week but SoR wants to win!!! >:D

I can honestly say it’s been a joy to compete with all of you. I’m glad that things are so close and it’ll be sad to see one or two of us go from the rotation when it hits. Don’t give up, anybody, it’s been a good, hard fight all the way through and there’s no reason to quite Thanks for an epic WvWvW experience.

This is how it was for 2 weeks when Sanctum of Rall, Sorrow’s Furnace, and Darkhaven battled each other. Now this week, it’s so imbalanced. If only all matchups were like these.

Great matchup, have had a lot of fun this weekend. Lots of great fights everywhere, especially had a blast early this morning fighting NSP in EB, pushing back and forth. Hopefully Anet steps up and takes care of the few bad apples, most players have no tolerance for this type of bullkitten. Looking forward to the rest of the week. See ya on the battlefield.

As of 1240 ish Server Time (PST)

Yak’s Bend seem to have disappeared after the first day and a half of play, SoR have been swinging back and forth with NSP and took the point lead last night around 0100 PST. I went to bed after auto-piloting it for 2 more hours, so I don’t know what happened after that but when I logged in in the morning NSP was up by 3k and steadily increasing. Looks like SOR is coming back. They seem to have a really strong presence in the Borderlands.

So far I’m enjoying this match up.
