As simple as going to the duel pits to see nothing but cond dmg builds abusing perplexity runes.

so is it working as intended? its pretty obvious how cond damage is way too easy to pull off and dominate in small group fights. Especially if a group is coordinated its just a joke. Should we all just run cond builds?
