What do you think about waypointing in WvW
The groups I’m in seem to move from point to point on the map pretty efficiently and only use the WP to cut across the map infrequently. I don’t think a change is necessary.

I am ok with waypointing. I might have an issue if we could do it in combat. I do think there should be a bit of a cooldown on how quickly a waypoint becomes open after being contested though. While I use it, and enjoy that I dont have to run as much, it has always seemed a bit strange.
I also like the aspect of strategically contesting waypoints to prevent quick reinforcements. With such a long cooldown, I am not sure it would be nearly as important.

I think the waypoint system is fine the way it is. There’s a lot of real estate to cover in WvW and not all of us have speed buffs to work with. I just wish they would make fully upgraded keeps harder to get into…if they did that then I could see them making it so the cool down on a contested waypoint was much higher. As it is though keeps are very easy to capture unless you have your entire zerg there already defending it when they show up.
