Is it me or does it seem that in WvW having the biggest world has its speed advantages? Not sure if they experience it too but the lag around any Jade Quarry blob is completely horrible. Sometimes you move around trying to run away to only find out five minutes later you are dead and have been for some time now. I am calling for Arena Net to split up the Jade Quarry server and create a new one or offer an incentive for Jade Quarry members to go to a smaller server.

Secondly while I am here I want to take a moment to rant on the ethics of guild buying, sometimes people offering guild leaders thousands of gold to transfer worlds. It bothers me to think that some of these worlds excel just because they can buy their way to the top instead of skill being shown on the field of battle. Seriously how is a world supposed to compete when another is buying off people constantly.

Thirdly, allow me to take a moment to complain about the rotation of the maps when it comes to WvW. How is it for the fifth week in a row Tarnished Coast is Red, Blackgate blue and Jade Quarry is green? Map completion is a nightmare, I’ve sat at needing a single vista in the eternal battlegrounds for a month now. I am tired for this and frankly if Tarnished Coast moved to Tier 2 again, I’d jump up and down with an excitement never seen from a person before. Because frankly then people might be able to actually get completion.

Yeah, they need to invent a server balance mechanic. Or they can just re-implement the color rotation system they had pre-eotm times.

same to me, been waiting for a month for 1% lack of map completion !.
ive been patient enough to wait for color rotation.

what should i do to get that JQ keep vista and poi in EB ?.

Well, there’s always bug exploits. Kidding, either get a Mesmer and two thieves to permastealth in the keep and portal you in or just hope for the best that one day you may actually get the right color.

ya it’s the same for us all we see is Green and Red no Blue and one of my guild member’s need Blue for his 100% for map completions.

Hmm I was thinking about submitting a “support ticket” to ask for someone to forward a message to someone to reply to the WvW forums.

Just FYI, unless we (the Toast) get our kitten kicked hard this week AND SoS/Mag goes very well, we are having the exact same T1 matchup next week…

Why dont they make the colours simply random, with a 33% chance to get it. It only affects eternal battleground as other 3 maps are all the same.

Your question/concern will never get answered here. The WvW section is worse than the Archive section.

Try posting this in the PvE section of the forums. If enough PvE’ers complain maybe something will be done about the matchmaking system. Make sure to frame it as a matchmaking system problem not just a color problem.

And suggest time sliced matches while you’re in there. Oh and different color commander tags. And a scoring adjustment so that there is incentive to attack the winning/stronger/more populous server.
