Guild Wars 2

I’ve been seeing the wvw tournament vendor with things to sell but there is no way of acquiring them since we haven’t had a wvw tournament in over a year. Either take out the vendor from wvw or give us the tournaments. I see spvp tournaments being managed but wvw seems to be neglected.

This is a problem because doing wvw seems kind of pointless now unless you are only looking for fights. PPT seems pointless when you don’t have an end goal such as reaching first place and have tournament tickets rewarded to you.

If anyone else would like to put their input on wvw tournaments feel free to do so.

It was stated by ANet that tournaments are on hold until wvw overhaul. As to when this is happening, there is no official statement, rumors are more inclined for q3-q4 release. There was a statement by Colin on lifestream of Guild chat that a reveal/discusion about overhaul is coming soon, but that statement is now about 1 month old already.

A wvw tournament is like bad porn. No one really wants to watch it and you end up just playing with yourself.

I’m not referring to having it be watched. WvW use to be enjoyable because it made you strive for 1st place server wise amongst other servers in your league but that is not longer relevant since tournaments have been postponed.
