i didn’t notice this at first and some people have also asked
where is
“touch base with your allies in lion’s arch”

Marjory will send you a living story update {in game mail}
after attempting the Scarlet Marionette in Lornar’s Pass
the story reminder will show on your screen and direct you to the waypoint

It’s amazing how I have absolutely no interest to “catch up” with Braham, Rox, Marjory or these other storyline NPC’s. I blame the writing staff, they’ve given me nothing to catch on to. All these characters are totally bland and have no personality. I tried talking to them but I found out I’m not even interested, even though I’d want to be. But it’s just so … forgettable.

once you get there what you have to do?

You talk to them. You get a little star leading you to the next chat, but it also works in the scene as you just follow a daisy chain of NPC’s from one talk to the next. You get some lore, some character development.

The only issue I had with presentation was the lack of indication that you’d seen all the chats. So I had to spot check a few and figure out I was only getting repeat commentary before exiting the instance.

To do “Touch Base with your Allies in Lion’s Arch”, expand the map in the first post on this thread and go to the the golden-star, the entrance to “A Moment’s Peace”. After speaking to Scholar Ela Makkay, You’ll be able to do the “Find Scarlet’s Lair” achievement

One thing I liked was the personalization of the chat when you talk to the NPCs after all the game chats have taken place. For example, I went up to Taimi on my Asura and she said things like, “Oh, I’ve heard of you, you’re the Snaff Prize winner! I’d really like to discuss your research with you sometime.”
