In 3 and a half cast time i take 1/10 of a dolyak’s health, the 2 lightnings after that may double that but compared to the fire autoattack which in 1 and a half cast time does the same amount of damage makes me wonder why the lightning damage is so low.

And so I’m asking you when do you use the lighning autoattack on scepter and if you need a specific stat build to make it shine compared to the fire one.
