Hi I just mad a Ele and sued a scroll to get her to lvl 20, I want her fore Pve and use a staff. Can u pleas post u builds/ling hear so i can look at them pleas.

For general PVE just up damage as much as possible. 66002 for example.
If you want the gameplay to be easy you can also use the signet for the healing and get the frost bow asap because its no. 4 is really good even at low lvls and you may be able to be useful in dungeons early on. (AC for example) but only if you want to power lvl.
I tend to lvl up by just doing pvp (6 additional lvl 80s in 2-3 months) but with the latest changes you need the pve to unlock all of the traits and skills for pve content…. Good luck with that :p
