Guild Wars 2

So I am doing a fractal as I’m posting this, and I noticed that the sigil of battle no longer is proccing in combat on attunement switches… Is this a bug? or a stealth nerf?

Anyone else have this issue?

Nevermind, I re-equipped it 3 times and it started working again…

It has a 9 seconds cool down.

Thanks for reading…. I’m aware it has a 9 second cooldown, it wasn’t proccing at all.

However it was a bug, after re-equipping it 3 times it worked… But you knew that from reading. Thanks for the help anyway.
