Newb question. What does D/D mean? And S/D for that matter?

They obviously don’t care about testing all that much. We have had skills that were broken since the game started BWE1 and they would rather fix whirlpool which has only even been usable for about 2 weeks…. Testing….. nah…. I had faith after this topic but then we get a round of nerfs to compound our bad class. Whatever. I’ll come back to GW2 when/if they get their priorities straight.
