Guild Wars 2

As the title says i need a good build for a guy with medium damage and a good defensive attributes (vitality, toughness…)
I am using a staff by the way

hello , i use on tpvp a tank/dps build .

IV fire
I aire
V earth
III IX XI or XII water
V arcane

signet of restauration ( ether heal if XII water ) / can trip 1 / can trip 2 / can trip 3 / pet elementaire
runes of divinity
amulette soldier + knight rune
or berserker amulette

signet +5% dammage and Signet 3 might when you swap .

in fight :
75% vigor
90% regeneration
75% protection
80% fury
75% switness
6 to 21 stacks of might
9% time stability ( armor of earth )

+ 2500 armor
+ 21 000 life
3000 to 3700 attack
35% to critic
24% dammage critic
360 heal power
160 to 700 condition dammage

is this for pve? or pvp?

I found a build of my own after implementing some stuff the guy in the first comment said, staff does amazing, specially in pvp considering its a staff, it just takes skill :P
