What do you find to be more effective? I’ve heard people say that they won’t lose to a d/d ele if they are running celestial because they just don’t do enough damage. Would running alternate gear make the set more effective?

valk was pretty much an ‘old school’ amulet for s/d builds that would work now since condispam isn’t really a problem anymore and pack runes make up nicely for loss of precision + additional fury. valk burst is the same as zerk but only if you crit.

cele: easier to play, more forgiving, can recover from mistakes
zerk: harder, risk =/= reward type playstyle
