I’m thinking of using giver’s weapons for a condition build, but I’ve read that weapon stats don’t apply normally or something.
Does this just apply to things like power? What about condition damage and condition duration?

Weapon damage does not affect kits.

You will still benefit from all the stat increase items. So, yes, you will get the 10% from givers with a kit on.
