Guild Wars 2

Hi guys, I’m new to GW2 and looking for a good engineer build for PvE content. I never got the hang of grenades/like it, and the condition build doesn’t seem awesome(2 pistols correct?). All my gear has +condition damage on it, yet I feel like I’m not beating down on minions. Is the rifle the way to go for a pure Power(incredible damage) build? Any tips are nice.

In PvE with condition build I like to use Elixir Gun and Flame Thrower.
I like to use incendiary ammo on the elixir gun’s fumigate skill.
Since you are level 13 you might have to save up some more skill points for that combo.

dual pistol is the best I’ve found for PvE. I combine with Elixir’s H, B, S and R. Stack power and condition damage, and kite things in circles. You can solo large mobs of monsters when you learn how to kite correctly.

Rifle is better for single target damage really.
