Greetings, as I have been testing things for the last 2 weeks to find definitive answers about the mechanics of runes, sigils, and our skills, I keep coming up short with answers, and don’t exactly know where to look for research so I thought I would ask here.
1. Is Sup. Sigil of Intelligence still bugged? I can’t get it to make all of my grenades crit, despite it being considered a contemporaneous attack.
2. Does this mean that Incendiary Ammo doesn’t work with grenades in the sense that it would apply burning to every person HIT with each attack? So AoEs don’t count as one attack in any practical sense? In other words, Incendiary Ammo > Grenade barrage would still only leave up to 3 targets burning, as opposed to that being only one instance of an attack and everyone hit would be burning?
3. Does the Condition Blind count the same way regarding the next outgoing attack? If we toss 3 grenades per #1 skill, only one of them will miss due to the blind condition?
Or is this yet another way the game mechanics are stacked against us, with blind counting the entire attack as one, yet our skills that would benefit from these effects count it as multiple?
Note: Flamethrower #1 is not what I would consider to be a simultaneous attack, and therefore not subject to these inquiries.

Thanks for verifying the strange disparity I have noticed but can’t seem to test reliably.
One more question because I choose to be annoying and learn things:
When my Sigil of Fire procs from a crit on my grenades, does it hit an independently chosen set of 5 targets (presuming the proc target +4 ) after the 5 targets my grenades potentially hit gets resolved? In other words, does it potentially add 4 more targets on a successful proc?
Also, anyone else who may have combat mechanics questions, lets get them out and see what’s up.
