I need suggestions for 3rd spec, and whether I should use Rabid or Rampager’s.
(no Sinister/Viper’s for me right now)

This build is based off applying tons of burning damage.

take IP for firearms… 33% duration increase! and you get 8 seconds of burn for over 5 k. By the way your build isn’t complete via the link… maybe you need to refresh it, you don’t have your bottom trait line in.

What is it for? PvE? sPvP? WvW? Other?

Incendiary Power is gonna be much better then Juggernaut if you plan on using Chemical Rounds.
Also, you may want to use Sigil of Bursting if you are going Condition damage.
