Hi guys its Shikamaru Xz, been have lots of fun on my engi soloing lots of keep. This time around had a couple of necros trying to stop me so made things a lot more interesting enjoy.
Gear: Mixture of Celestial, Rabid, Dire(sig of doom)(sig of energy)
Rune: Krait-alternative Madking or Balthazar
Stats goals: unbuff you are going to want atlest 1100 condition damage and 28% crit chance.
As long as you meet min req you can run what ever gear you want.

What’s the build you run? I finished full ascendeds and all on my ele and been working on engi for WvW roaming. Been trying to find somewhat of a well rounded build which you seem to have. Mind sharing? Gears and all.

Looks neat. It’s been ages since I played my Engi. I just took a gander at him the other day and went for a spin in WvW and was wondering how in the world I was getting my butt kicked so horribly. Apparently I never completed his gear after I hit 80 (all blues and greens) and all traits were set to zero. ::embarrassed::
I think I only have one condi build in my lineup, so this should give me something neat to try. Thanks, Shikamaru!
edit: I just threw this together. It seems to meet the minimum requirements (1100+ condi dmg and 28% crit chance) that Shikamaru is suggesting. I’ve left the foods blank. It seems to be relatively inexpensive to put together so I think I’m going to try it out and maybe revisit this thread in the hopes of “graduating” to the actual build if you decide to post it.

Hi there glad you like the vid with this build I didnt acquire any specific pieces of armor I just used what I already had available. Thats why its a mixture more out of I didnt really want to aquire new gear. Its basically a condition build so you could go full dire and rabid and it would work great.
I use rifle more as a utility weapon rather than an offensive one(mobility, leap finisher, immob, knock back its awesome). A player could use pistol and it would work just fine. Food I was using Koi cakes and Quality tunning crystals. As long as you meet the min stats requirement you can personalize the build anyway you see fit. Also means you dont have to acquire a complele new set of gear if you already got some bits lying around.

The one structure that has eluded me its bit harder than keeps I just havent had a chance where I am not interrupted by enemies been so close many times.
