howdy folks, what build ( stat ) work with scrapper?
If it works for regular Engineer, it works with Scrapper. That being said, the hammer isn’t really well designed for a condition-based build, so your mileage with condi builds may vary.
I use a cavalier (toughness, power, ferocity)/knight(toughness, power, precision) mix on my scrapper. good dps/tank hybrd if you ask me
