i dont see this trait anywhere in my trait trees. cana nyone tell me which number and tree?

Honorable Shield – Valor. Tooltip doesn’t say it increases toughness by 90, but it does.

It used to be in VIII now its IX and doesnt say. But if you check your stats with and without you’ll see you have the boost.

Unsure if its supposed to be that way. Either way, its still better than glacial heart.

isnt 90 toughness kind of small for a endgame trait?

It is. It used to be two separate traits, a +90 toughness and a 20% reduction on shield skill cooldowns, but merging them is a lot better because as the previous poster said, +90 toughness on its own is not that big of a deal really.
