Guild Wars 2

It should grant +30 Toughness to nearby allies, but it seems to have no effect. Only during combat maybe? Or is it bugged? Anyone knows?

Do we even know how much damage reduction 30 toughness provides?

I have no idea if it works, but 30 toughness translates to approximately 1% damage reduction depending on how much you already have.
