Currently I’m running with a GS, which is my favorite, but I can only use it in small group skirmishes or I get stomped into the ground. Backup with scepter+shield because well I like the shield skills and the scepter gives me long range until one guy gets separated from his group then I immobilize>judges intervention>swap to greatsword and whirl him into the dirt. And carry a staff in my bags for defending, because I can hit people safely through the gate. The elite skills I just don’t like, at all…

Still trying to figure out how to make it all work. It feels bad to be a melee in wvw, which is what I want to do with the class, but just way too squishy, and in order to balance that out enough then I just don’t pack enough power to really take someone out so idk. It wouldn’t be bad if our ranged options were better. Just feel useless unless I can catch someone away from their group.
