Chaotic Dampening
This trait is giving me the extra 50 toughness from the old version of the trait, did we know about this?
I’m getting it too. I’ve never noticed that before.
P.S. when are we getting our flat cooldown reductions back? I’m getting really tired of this “triple the effort/investment for the same reward” theme they have for mesmer.
Ask the question loud enough and maybe Robert Gee will answer it. We can only hope right?

Yeah it’s been that way since 6/23 when they released the new traits, noticed that night.

Haha! I can imagine ANet coming in and saying “Thank you for reporting this bug” and next patch we find the +50 toughness gone but nothing on the CD reduction.
