[Disruptor's Susta-] How to make it appealing
LOL, you use living story as an example? Seriously? Please show me a video of your marvelous interrupts in fractal 50 or Arah where most of the damage comes from AUTOATTACKS.
And this proves what exactly, except that you lack the ability to look at more than a minority content few players even touch? AE heal on interrupt would be interesting (not my idea), and hey, it works in a lot of areas of the game, including the most prominently marketed ones (sPvP, WvW, LS).
Plus, what does it matter if it doesn’t work in dungeons? Retraiting is free and instant. Better to have a decent trait 90% of the time than, well, current Disruptor’s Sustainment.
Yeah because 90% of the time players are dueling/roaming/spvping.
Please, can I roll my eyes more when someone claims their particular content type is the most played and those you don’t play are the minority? lolstupid.
It’s kind of a meaningless brag if you call a dungeon population small, considering the last dungeon introduced was….2 years ago? If your WvW map gpt scratched in favor of more open world pve zerg farm, your population would get smaller too.
Not that your zerging keep doors and sitting behind carts merits any type of respect as a format. It really speaks of a game’s format when people would rather roam/duel and ignore the actual objectives of the map because they’re so mindnumbingly dull as sitting behind a catapult or far off tebuchet spamming a single button against a wall…

Let’s all take a deep breath and calm down. You can say what you want to say with courtesy and respect. You can say it the other way too, but that’ll get you into trouble.
Alright. Sorry, Ross. And Zenith.
How’s this?
“Partially recharge a skill or replenish a resource of each nearby ally whenever you attempt to bestow a condition, strip a boon, or bestow a control effect. 1 second recharge. No skill may be affected more than five times per use.”
- Chance: 50%
- Radius: 600
- Number of Targets: 5
- Cooldown reduced: 5%
- Endurance replenished: 10
- Initiative replenished: 1
- Adrenaline replenished: 1
- Life force replenished: 5%
- Energy replenished: 5%
ANet have been using a rusty butter knife to surgically remove most of the unique benefits we offer in dungeons, so I think they do owe us something back.
And literally any control effect and many conditions could be regarded as ‘disrupting’ an enemy, not just nailing an interrupt — and our on-interrupt traits are almost always named in the pattern “… Interruption”, so it’s a little weird for this not to apply here.

I’m with Simonoly. If you’re going to stick with the name, might as well make it lifesteal on interrupt.
