I wish mesmer’s could still crit like this.
It would make running glass cannon really worth it.
What do you guys think?

You still can do that… It’s not a brainless combo but you need to micromanage clones, make sure your opponent has no dodges or CD left and time everything nicely, get lucky on crits and air/fire procs.

I instakilled an unsuspected ranger with full health the other day, GS/sw+p. Was a bit lucky with the crit though.

So it is possible to 1 shot someone even through downstate? Never happened in my life time. I must be doing something wrong. im 99% sure it isn’ t my gear.

His friend downed the guy and the mesmer burned the whole downstate with MW. It’s impossible now because you have an immunity time when you go down.
(Or i’m wrong and the immunity only happens in sPvP)
