Is it intended that illusion spawning skills are exempt from the recharge reduction given by traits? I use a greatsword and a one-handed sword and the 20% skill recharge reduction from the respective traits in the power and precision trees only seem to affect “normal” attack skills.

Just a tooltip bug. The skills are actually receiving both buffs in practice asaik.
